Plot hole: Near the start we see Doc jump onto the back of a van and then on to some scaffolding. When he does this he is in plain sight of several armed men who are walking in the direction of Doc. These men would have seen Doc and raised the alarm, but they didn't. (00:16:00)

Visible crew/equipment: When they guys meet up with Caesar, Barney says "You walked into that one." When he does you can see 2 people reflected in his sunglasses, other Expendables members, but you can also see what appears to be a camera outside the boat. (00:13:20)

Continuity mistake: At the start, after placing the wire along the train tracks, Gunner gets onto the left hand side of the helicopter and Christmas gets on the right hand side. When the shot changes, they have swapped sides. (00:01:30)

Audio problem: When Christmas and the Spanish man narrowly miss being hit by a shell, the Spanish man falls through the floor and says he loves it. Christmas then replies with "good keep it up" or words to those effect. However his mouth doesn't move. (01:35:00)
