Continuity mistake: In the public trap we see Ryan's overalls are done up. However, in one shot they are undone, then done up again. (00:05:50)

Visible crew/equipment: When Billy talks to Brad and Ryan about how Dina has manipulated them, there is a close up of Ryan and you can see a shadow move over him. No-one else is near by. (00:04:20)

Continuity mistake: In Saw, Adam crushes Zepp's head with the toilet block lid. However, when we see the bathroom in this film, Zepp's body shows no sign of this. (01:20:20)

Continuity mistake: Jill stabs Hoffman in the neck. But when we see him looking for her there is no mark on his neck. (01:11:10)

Audio problem: When Gideon says to Jill "get comfy" his mouth doesn't move. You can see the side of his mouth and it doesn't move. (00:35:35)

Plot hole: Gideon speaks to Jill about her fingerprints being all over the bear trap. When he does he says that there is a new game going on, referring to Bobby's game. However, the police are unaware of this game at this point. He can't be referring to the garage trap as he says that the game is going on, and the garage trap has already happened. (00:35:00)

Continuity mistake: When we see the bear trap at the start of the film, there is a small amount of blood on the trap from when Hoffman was in it. Later, when it's left on show for Gideon, there is a lot more blood on the trap. The device is nowhere near any other victims for their blood to spill on to it. (00:09:35 - 00:28:40)
