Continuity mistake: At the start, Otto hits the mannequin straight forward. Camera changes and now the mannequin is to the side of the 4x4. After the mannequin is hit, the woman looks out of her side window to look at it. However when we see the 4x4 drive off the mannequin is now on the opposite side. (00:00:50)

Continuity mistake: The way Gibbs holds his ID out to the maintenance man changes between shots. In the first shot he has 2 fingers inside the ID in the second shot just his thumb is inside the ID. (00:07:40)

Other mistake: Ducky states that the Bronze Star was for Valor. However, the bronze V that signifies the star was for Valor is not present. There is no way Ducky could know it was for Valor. (00:05:20)

Revealing mistake: When Tom is fired from Harrods, he is escorted out of the building. Look closely in the glass to the sides of the doors, mainly the screen right, to see a group of people just stood watching the film crew. There is a slight hint of a barrier visible around waist height but to spot the barrier you have to look extremely closely. (00:17:00)
