Continuity mistake: During the fight at the ice rink, one of the ice hockey players tries to kick Bond with his blade and makes a hole in the wall in the process. In the next shot, when another player tries to hit Bond with his ice hockey stick, the damage to the wall has suddenly disappeared.

Factual error: Bond is given a tag in Spanish, but it shows the word Col., short for Colonel. It should read Coronel.

Revealing mistake: When Bond starts flying the Nelly there's a close-up of him where a thick white outline appears around revealing his body has been cut-out and pasted on the flying footage. Problem is... his arm was erased. One might think it's an optical illusion caused by the visor but you can actually see the mountain right where his arm is supposed to be.

Visible crew/equipment: When Bond is being chased on skis, he flies over a ridge and through some trees, landing very close to the edge of a cliff. A cable is clearly visible tied to his right ankle to keep him from going over the edge.

Continuity mistake: During Draco and Bond's attack on the clinic, a scientist throws a container of acid at Bond and it hits a glass door and eats a hole in it. In the very next shot after Bond has gone through the door, the hole is no longer there.

Continuity mistake: When Bond hides from the helicopter under a crack in the rocks, the rocks, the crack and the bushes around are totally different in the close-up. Plus a bunch of moss suddenly appears.

Continuity mistake: After the scene where Klebb arrives via helicopter on Spectre island and meets Morzeny, they enter a training area and continue their conversation while walking through it. Just after Morzeny says "We use live targets as well", the scene cuts to a wide shot and they are entering the same training area once again, only this time from a path that is just right next to the one used before.
