Superman III (1983)

Continuity mistake: When a man tries to pick up the toy penguins, a close shot shows them walking, but on the wide shot they are standing still.

Continuity mistake: When Lenny leads his car with the cops in, the car is facing a very short road ending in a small mount of rocks. The following wider angle shows a very wide open space with grass and a huge cliff.

Continuity mistake: When Igor is holding onto the cemetery gate, his hands swap between angles from holding two bars close to each other, to having an empty bar in between.

Continuity mistake: At the cemetery gate, Dr. F tells Igor to crouch, which he does but very slightly. In the following angle Igor's position is totally different, being crouched at ground level with his hands on a different place.

Continuity mistake: Behind where Nuclear Man lands there's no school bus on the wide shot, which is a matte painting, but a frame later one appears and stays there for the rest of the scene.

Continuity mistake: When nuclear Man bursts the cab's hood, the radiator explodes and vanishes. A second later it's back on.

Continuity mistake: When Dr. F arrives at the train station there's a lot of smoke/fog around him. In the close-up that comes a split second later it's all gone.

Continuity mistake: Dr. F arrives at the train station and stands to the left of the candle light. A second later he is right in front of it.

Continuity mistake: When Dr. F climbs up the hay cart, the first wide shot shows him with his waist above the cart. The next shot, from the cart's POV, shows him only shoulder level.

Continuity mistake: In the quarry, Lenny parks his car to the very right of two wagons. Seconds later the car is in front of them.

Continuity mistake: When Lacy shows the mock front page of the Daily Planet she holds it covering the red circle on the top right. A frame later she's holding it several inches down.

Continuity mistake: When Nuclear Man arrives to earth, full of energy from the sun, his footsteps don't glow; neither do they when he arrives to the balcony, several scenes later. Then a couple of seconds after they glow but stop glowing when he walks towards Superman and keep that way for the rest of the film.
