Correction: This isn't really trivia. It is an obvious observation.

Mean Girls (2004)

Corrected entry: When the girls are outside of Regina's house Gretchen tells Cady to check out Regina's mom's boob job. As Gretchen walks away you hear "they're hard as rocks" but neither Gretchen's mouth nor jaw is moving.

Correction: Gretchen's face isn't visible in the shot in question, therefore, it isn't possible to tell if her mouth is moving.

Saw (2004)

Corrected entry: When Dr. Gordon is tucking his daughter into bed, he is wearing a white t-shirt underneath his blue collared shirt, however when he is chained to the pipe in the bathroom with Adam, he is not wearing an undershirt. In both shots the top buttons of his shirt are unbuttoned.

Correction: Dr. Gordon is wearing an undershirt. This is seen when he takes off his blue shirt to use as a tourniquet for cutting off his foot.

Boy Meets World (1993)

The Happiest Show On Earth - S3-E21

Corrected entry: When Corey and Shawn sleep in a Splash Mountain log (impossible anyway) and they go over the drop, they seem surprised as if the ride just started. In reality there is about a 10-minute journey past show scenes before the "big drop"

Correction: It's possible that they didn't notice the ride started. I've been on that ride and it isn't very wild till the end.

Boy Meets World (1993)

Correction: How is this a mistake, many guest stars in shows are never seen again. Maybe she moved out. Just because she isn't in any more story-lines doesn't mean she isn't around.

But in the later season when Topanga and her mom are talking about her and her father divorcing the mother implies that Topanga is their only child.

BASEketball (1998)

Corrected entry: Right at the start when Remur is knocking on Britney's door, Coop is "watering" the plants, and there is not much room from his waist to where the stream of urine is coming out. However, later when they are in the change rooms and Jenna throws the papers/pictures on the bench, you see they have very long penises.

Correction: The scene in which they have long "units" was meant to be an exaggeration. It was put in for comedic effect. No mistake here.

Saw II (2005)

Corrected entry: After Amanda gets the key from the pit of syringes, she throws it up to Xavier, who frantically tries to put it in the lock, but drops it, and the time expires and the door locks. There was a syringe with a green liquid in it attached to the key, and, seeing as how all of the other presumed antidotes were green, that one probably was as well. So, why didn't anybody inject it? Out of all the people there, at least one of them should have noticed it, especially Xavier, since he was obviously the most anxious person to get an antidote, and he was the one who was handling it.

Correction: Perhaps since it wasn't mentioned by Jigsaw, no one considered that idea. Character Mistake and not a movie mistake.

Mean Girls (2004)

Corrected entry: When Cady comes out of the bathroom at her party to talk to Aaron, she puts a cup down on top of a stack of CD's. In the next shot the cup has moved considerably.

Correction: I found this on the mistakes page for this film. "When the main character is confronted by her crush in her room, she puts her drink on a pile of CDs, the CD pile starts to fall in the background as there is a shot of the guy, a split second later the cup is on the table next to the CDs, and the CDs are piled differently." Please check for repeats before submitting.

Corrected entry: At the end, past all of the credits, White starts singing and dancing to "Milkshake" by Kelis. He should not have been able to play this song because it is 1993, and that song didn't come out until ten years later.

Correction: The following is the second correction on the corrections page. [The commercial that Vince is watching states that it's six years later - that doesn't mean the film was set then too.] The film is set in 2004, proof of this is Lance Armstrong talking about his cancer near the end.

Corrected entry: When the cat first makes an appearance, it is called Dixie. Throughout the rest of the film it is called Mr. Jinks. (There was an old cartoon, The Huckleberry Hound Show, where two mice, Pixie and Dixie, and a cat called Mr. Jinks were featured. This must have been pointed out to the filmmakers during shooting, and they decided to change the cat's name from Dixie to Mr. Jinks.)

Correction: When the cat first appears it is called Jinxie. Not Dixie. The cat's name is Mr. Jinks and Jinxie is a nickname.

Tommy Boy (1995)

Corrected entry: At the end, when Tommy and Zalinsky are on the news, Zalinsky clearly unbuttons his top button and loosens his tie. In the next shot, it's buttoned, then in subsequent shots, it's unbuttoned again.

Correction: The shirt is unbuttoned throughout the whole scene. It looks like it is because the television shot is grainy.

Tommy Boy (1995)

Corrected entry: When Tommy is in the bathroom on the aeroplane, he is wearing boxers. However, when he bursts out of the door he is wearing tighty whities, the next shot it's back to boxers.

Correction: He wears boxers throughout the scene. Upon going frame by frame, it is his shirt covering the back of the boxers that makes it look like briefs.

Tommy Boy (1995)

Corrected entry: In the scene where Tommy Boy is in the bank and yells "everyone listen up, this will only take a second," the cops get down and throw their guns. The shot of Tommy's feet shows his pants are brown where in the next shot his pants are light khaki/white.

Correction: His pants are brown throughout the whole scene; it is simply the lighting.

Saw (2004)

Corrected entry: ***SPOILER*** How did the man in the centre of the room (who we know is the mastermind of it all and not dead) get there without an accomplice locking the door? We know a possible accomplice wasn't Zep.

Correction: The door was not locked. Dr. Lawrence couldn't reach it with the chains on. Zep opened it right up at the end. So, it wasn't necessary to lock it. Also, both the Dr. and Adam were unconscious so obviously he set it all up, part of the game.

Mean Girls (2004)

Corrected entry: On the first day of school, Cady has a class with Janice and Damien and Ms. Norberry is the teacher. Throughout the rest of the movie, Ms. Norberry is Cady's math teacher in a different classroom and Janice and Damien aren't in the class.

Correction: Cady has homeroom with Janice and Damien. Ms. Norberry is also Cady's math teacher. In American schools, homeroom is a short non-instructional period before actual classes start for administrative purposes, roll-taking, announcements, etc. During the rest of the day, the teacher teaches a subject and a student in her homeroom might be in her class.

Corrected entry: Check Jamie's outfit on the day of the first tutoring. Then her picture in the yearbook. They're the same, her hair too. And she wears the same shirt later when Landon asks her to help with the play.

Correction: A major point in the film is that Jamie wears similar clothing everyday and here hair the same way. She possibly doesn't have many clothes since she comes from a lower class family.

Saw (2004)

Corrected entry: If Zep had a "slow-acting poison" in his bloodstream, why did he play the game? Any rational human being (especially one who worked in a hospital) would simply have gone to an emergency room, had his blood analyzed, and been given an antidote. Game over.

Correction: Zep wasn't a rational human being to begin with. Also, anyone who found out there was a poison in their system, would want to get the antidote from the person who put it in there. There's no simple check for poison - without knowing exactly what it is, finding that out can take a huge length of time and finding an antidote could take even longer.

moviemogul

The survival rate of people admitted to the hospital due to ingesting an unknown poison is very high. Going to the hospital would have been a very smart choice.

Mean Girls (2004)

Corrected entry: When Cady is in her athlete's uniform, her hair is poker straight in a pony tail; afterwards when she goes to the Spring Fling she's still in her uniform (suggesting she hasn't gone home to change) yet her hair is perfectly curled.

Correction: Her hair isn't styled. It is just let down out of the ponytail.

Vegas Vacation (1997)

Corrected entry: The first time Russ wins a car it says .25 on the machine. Later Russ explains he put a dollar in he won a car and on and on he keeps saying put a dollar in he won a car.

Correction: For most slot machines, if you put in .25, you won't win the grand prize. You need to put the maximum bet in(usually a dollar) to win the grand prize, such as a car.

Vegas Vacation (1997)

Corrected entry: It seems very odd that Rusty neglects to mention the fact that he won 4 cars when Clark mentions that he lost $22,000. One or two of those cars could easily be sold to make up that money. The Dodge Viper that he won could easily be sold for $60,000 even if it's a base model with no modifications.

NyQuil

Correction: A few things are wrong with this. First, it is quite possible that Rusty, being a teenager, didn't consider that the cars could have been sold. He knew that he won them and cared about that. A character mistake and not a movie mistake. Second, the time that it would have taken to sell the cars would have kept them in Vegas for longer than they had planned. Thirdly, it would have ruined the end when they drive home in them.
