Continuity mistake: At the beginning when the guy moves in with Jennifer Aniston, they are walking to their jobs in the morning and she says that the buzzer doesn't work. Well for the whole movie the buzzer is heard clearly and if it didn't work then how would she have heard him when he came in the first place?

Suggested correction: The bell works so they can hear when someone is at the door, but the buzzer doesn't work so they can't buzz people into the building, they have to go down to the front door and let them in.
Rodney Fraser: One shouldn't be too hard on oneself when the object of one's affection returns the favor with rather less enthusiasm than one might have hoped.

Correction: He actually says that he's surprised that George is still living there, suggesting he rang Nina's not expecting to find him but to ask Nina for his new number.
