Continuity: Mr. Svenning's junior college class ring mysteriously jumps from his left hand to his right hand just in time to get stink-palmed by Brodie.

Visible crew/equipment: After talking to Trisha, T.S and Brodie walk off, talking to each other. As they pass a hairdressers, reflected in the second glass window, near the top, you can see the reflection of a crewmembers hands holding a long metal boom mic pole. (Time) Submitted by Hamster

Continuity: When Brodie and T.S are arrested, Brodie shouts to Rene "Get Jay and Silent Bob, hurry!" and Rene is standing in a shop, by a stand with trainers on it. But in the next closeup of Rene she has moved much further away from the stand of trainers. (Time) Submitted by Hamster

Audio problem: In the DVD version, before Brodie says to TS, "I suddenly want something very bad to happen to you," you can hear Kevin Smith or someone say "Action."

Continuity: After T.S. and Brodie talk to the psychic, they return to the mall. On pulling into their parking spot, there is a Red Yugo on the driver's side and a Green sedan on the passenger's side. In the very next shot, when they get out of the car, there is a Green Taurus on the driver's side and a Black truck on the passenger's side.

Continuity: When Silent Bob crashes through the changing room Gwen is in, the goggles he's wearing go from being down on his chin, to being up over his nose between a wideshot and closeup. (Time) Submitted by Hamster

Factual error: At the end, where TS and Brandi are getting married in Universal Studios, the caption mentions it is Universal Studios Florida, the actual scene is filmed on the backlot tour at Universal Studios Hollywood. (Time)

Audio problem: When Brodie and T.S. first enter the mall, Shannon Hamilton, (the guy from Fashionable Male), runs into Brodie, knocking him off balance. You can hear liquid hitting the floor long before the cup disappears out of shot, and nothing can be seen spilling out of it.

Visible crew/equipment: When Silent Bob is flying along on the toy train, as he flies through the clothes shop, you can see a crewmembers hand, clear as day, throwing clothes to make it seem as if they are flying upwards. (Time) Submitted by Hamster

Continuity: When TS and Brodie are sitting in the food court, as Jay and Silent Bob are running from Lefours, the cup TS is drinking out of is white on one side with the logo for Diet Coke on it, and red with the logo for regular Coca-Cola on it. First the white side is shown facing outwards (from TS), then the red one as Jay and Silent Bob run past, and then back to the white for the close-up. He did have the time to turn the cup around while not on camera the first time, but not the second. (Time)

Continuity: When Jeremy London and Jason Lee come back from the Dirt Mall, they park with a green saloon to their right. Then when they get out of the car, the saloon has been replaced by a black truck. (Time) Submitted by Jon Sandys

Continuity: When Brodie sees Rene in the clothes shop and he says "that would look terrible on you", Rene is holding a jacket. Then they walk to the next rack and the camera changes. She now has a brown jacket folded on her arm. They walk to another rack and the camera changes again and she doesn't have the coat under her arm.

Continuity: When Brodie asks Tricia to get the tape of her and Shannon, he says to take T.S' yellow station wagon. When they drive into the parking lot of both the mall and the dirt mall, the station wagon isn't yellow, it's white.

Continuity: When Jay and Silent Bob are running away from Lefours and hide by the table Brodie and TS are sitting at, check out the positions of everyone - Jay and Silent Bob run on from the right side of the screen, across to the left side of the screen, and duck down behind the table, just as Lefours comes on from the right side of the screen, where he looks around, failing to see them. The layout of everything means that he would have been able to see them the whole time they ran across the screen.

Continuity: After Silent Bob crashes through the poster and bursts in on Joey Lauren Adams, it shows an outside shot of him kneeling on the ground, head through the poster, with the rope slack next to him. For the rope to be slack in that position, when he was hanging downwards he would have been significantly lower than that, but if he'd swung up from that position then he would have smashed his head on the underneath of the walkway rather than arrived above it.
