Continuity: When Shrek, Donkey and Puss-in-Boots are leaving on the boat saying goodbye to the others, the dragon switches sides on the dock.
Continuity: When Puss is on Shrek's shoulder his sword is at his right, but in the next shot the sword is at his left.
Continuity: The pink legwarmers Charming is wearing in the middle of the film, instantly disappear.
Continuity: When Fiona is telling Shrek she is pregnant, Dragon is constantly changing position.
Continuity: The "I Suck-eth" sign on Donkey's butt disappears after we see it.
Continuity: When the gang get shipwrecked on the island, there is no debris on the sand. However a log appears that Shrek picks up.
Continuity: In the scene where Charming and his goons storm the castle, Fiona is trying to close the secret passageway and doesn't get it closed in time. But when Charming bursts in, the passageway is completely closed.
