Revealing: During the courtroom scene, one of the ghosts grabs the prosecutor and she is hanging upside down. Her dress comes down a little, but when she is about to fly through the door you can see part of the dress is pinned to her panty hose to stop the dress from falling off.

Ghostbusters 2 (1989) - 15 mistakes
Directed by Ivan Reitman, starring Annie Potts, Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, Ernie Hudson, Harold Ramis, Peter MacNicol, Rick Moranis, Sigourney Weaver (add more)
Continuity: When Vigo throws the streams from the proton packs back onto the Ghostbusters, there is a wide shot of Egon getting thrown way over to the right. However, when they do a closer shot, he is way over to the left, closer to the other three Ghostbusters.
Continuity: Near the end, the Ghostbusters make the Statue of Liberty smash the window on the roof of the art museum before abseiling in. The window gets completely destroyed, but just after Vigo says 'Now we become one' we see the window again and it appears less damaged than before.
Revealing: During the entire scene where the Statue of Liberty is just outside of the museum, a green screen can be seen in the background anytime there is a closeup of one of the actors in the statue.
Continuity: When they gather around to watch what happens when you put the slime in the toaster, you can clearly see when the toaster starts popping that it has little springs attached to the bottom, making it jump.
Visible crew/equipment: When the chairs are flying through the air in the courtroom, if you look closely, you can see the string pulling one of them.
Continuity: In the abandoned railway station scene, when the heads on stakes appear, you can see in the first shot, Winston is wearing his hardhat after that there is a split-second shot and it disappears. In the very next shot it reappears.
Continuity: In the scene where the Ghostbusters arrive at the museum, and Egon tells Peter what he's found about Vigo, while speaking to each other Peter gets a bag and hangs it around his neck. In the shot where you only see Peter's back you can easily see the strap hanging straight down. But in the shot where Peter's face is visible, he's holding up the strap with his hand quite high. Cutting back to Peter's back the strap is hanging straight down again.
Continuity: In the end when Tully is shooting from the proton pack against the building that is covered in "slime" you see a wide shot of the building but you can't see Tully shooting anywhere.
Revealing: When Ray, Winston and Egon are underground looking for the river of ooze, there is a scene where they break down a small wall of rocks. Ray then sits on one of the rocks and it bends under him - it's rubber or foam.
Visible crew/equipment: When Venkman is shooting at the ghost in the courtroom, if you look closely at the pillar his proton stream hits, you can see the area that is supposed to explode before it actually does.
Revealing: When Vigo drops the baby in the end of the movie, you can see it is a doll.
Continuity: When the Ghostbusters are getting up after being paralyzed by Vigo, you can see Ray in the background standing almost straight up, then there is a close shot of him still struggling to get onto his feet.
Continuity: When Dana and Oscar are at Venkman's place right after the scene where the bathtub attacks them, there is a slight mistake. Dana is shown from her left side, and she is holding Oscar. Oscar turns his head towards the camera, and almost immediately the view changes, and Dana is shown from her right side. Only thing wrong is that Oscar is still looking at the camera without ever turning his head.
Continuity: When the bad guy (Vigo) has come out of the picture and is terrorising Dana and her baby Oscar (in the museum), we see him holding Oscar in one shot and Vlad's hair is mussed-up, as if he's been in a wind storm. In the very next shot of him (a few seconds later) he's still holding Oscar, but his hair is smoothed down and neatly combed.
