Continuity: When Dana is watching the couple arguing she has her arms crossed. A frame later, from a different angle, they are not.
Continuity: When the statue starts to walk it has irons and cables attached to the sole of its sandals. When it's walking downtown the shoe is clean and like new (most likely the first miniature has been replaced by a human in disguise).
Continuity: When the slime is covering the museum an aerial view shows its surroundings empty. At the end of the movie, thousands of people gather around the place, yet the aerial view when the (superimposed) slime explodes is the earlier one, making it look as if the crowd had vanished, only to reappear a second later in close-ups.
Continuity: When the ghostbusters are yelling at the jar filled with plasma, on the close-up Venkman's hand is around a metal thing, but on the wide angles it is just by its side. This keeps changing back and forth.

Continuity: When the doctors are testing the baby, the stethoscope to his right disappears on the back shots.
Revealing: When Oscar is standing backwards on the ledge, he moves frame by frame like a robot, revealing it's a stop motion effect and not a real baby.
Visible crew/equipment: When they're yelling at the pink plasma, one of them places a toaster next to the plasma. A big lighting screen gets reflected on the metal structure.
Continuity: When the ghost is about to kidnap the baby, Oscar stretches out his right arm. A split second later, from a different angle, the arm is resting by his side.
Continuity: Dana chases the pram and a biker falls seconds before. She passes next to him and meters ahead, she falls on the curb with no one around. In the close-up, the bicycle has appeared next to her.
Continuity: When Janusz is knocked out on the floor, his position keeps changing all the time depending on the angle.
Continuity: Before Dana is trapped by the rubber hose, the white tube it comes out of is on her left several meters away. A split second later, the angle changes and without her having moved, the white tube is by her right side a couple inches away.
Continuity: During the trial, the coffee pot swaps the side it's facing between the front and back shots.
Continuity: After Dana rescues the baby in the museum, while she holds him, his head is either turned to the right or to the left, depending on which angle focuses.
Continuity: When the five men are inside the statue, the light on the background is green. Before they smash the museum there's a huge pink cloud that colours the statue pink on the wide angle. However in the close-up of the men the light is green as before.
Revealing: During the courtroom scene, one of the ghosts grabs the prosecutor and she is hanging upside down. Her dress comes down a little, but when she is about to fly through the door you can see part of the dress is pinned to her panty hose to stop the dress from falling off.
Continuity: When Vigo throws the streams from the proton packs back onto the Ghostbusters, there is a wide shot of Egon getting thrown way over to the right. However, when they do a closer shot, he is way over to the left, closer to the other three Ghostbusters.
Continuity: Near the end, the Ghostbusters make the Statue of Liberty smash the window on the roof of the art museum before abseiling in. The window gets completely destroyed, but just after Vigo says 'Now we become one' we see the window again and it appears less damaged than before.
