The Land Before Time (1988) - 8 mistakes
Continuity: Throughout the movie, the size comparisons between the 5 kids keeps changing. Example: During the scene when Cera and Littlefoot are popping bubbles in the pond, Littlefoot is twice the size of Cera, but just before they started popping the bubbles, they were closer in size.
Continuity: When Ducky meets Littlefoot, he has a tree star on his back, but when they are leaving, the tree star is gone. It then reappears when they are looking around the corner after another dinosaur has passed by.
Continuity: When Petri is lifted up the tree to pull down leaves, he only pulls down a little bit. Then when he falls out of the tree, the ground is covered with leaves and the tree looks bare.
Continuity: When Petri fell into the tar pit, there were two dinosaur skeletons, one on each side. When Spike, Ducky and Littlefoot went to rescue him, the skeletons were gone.
Continuity: In the scene in which they all spend the night in Sharp Tooth's footprint, when they fall asleep, they are under a large tree, but when they awake, as Sharp Tooth is coming, the tree has disappeared.
Factual error: Just after Littlefoot and the others get stuck in the tar, we see Cera being chased by a group of Pachycephalosaurus. They act like they want to eat Cera, which is the error because the Pachycephalosaurus was an herbivore, not a carnivore.
Audio problem: Littlefoot's lips don't move when he says "Cera, you came back." while pushing the boulder on the Sharptooth.
