When Violet is going to her show in New york with her father by the toll booths and they make the second U turn and the father says "Give another 123" he puts his arm out of the car and fake honks twice. [I don't see how this is a mistake, especially the way it's worded. What is the mistake in this scene?]
In the scene where Violet goes to visit her father in the hospital, when she first sees him, he has a black eye. In the next scene Violet is talking to her father about his nurse who asks him on a date and the black eye is gone. [When they are talking about the "cute nurse", it is at a later date. It is perfectly possible his eye could have healed somewhat between that time.]
When Violet calls her boyfriend to tell him she can't come play at that club, listen closely. When she hangs up you can hear the quarter fall into the coin return. If she was really on the phone, the coin would be deposited not returned. [No, when you hear the coin drop it is not going into the coin return it is going into the phone, this does not happen until the reciever has been replaced.]
When Violet burns her CD, she removes the CD with the blue, burnable, side up. It could be that it has no label, but she puts it in the envelope and it has a label on. She burned the label! [You can purchase labels for cd's and there is a device for applying them. She might have done this to avoid confusion as to which side was up or to make it look more profesional.]
When Violet returns to her apartment after unloading the fish with Kevin, she starts to run a bath; but then decides to go spend her earnings. She opens the door to leave, but never shut the bath water off.... [If you look closely, she's shown turning around quickly...they don't show her hand on the faucet turning it off or anything, but there is enough time to turn it off quickly.]
