When Ben and Sarah are talking at the end while the people are running inside from the rain, you can see that the people are moving in slow motion. [This was meant to show the couple in "the eye of the storm" so to speak. Their moment was so much different than anything else around them. The slowed crowd around them just made it more apparent.]
