There are supposed to be a few weeks between Charlie Sheen's first and second visit to the mail room, yet the mail boy is still reading the same issue of the Tomb Raider comic book. He must be a very slow reader. [The mail boy enjoys a specific issue and merely rereads it. This is not unusual by any means.
