Trivia
The entire ending of the film, and other parts of the film was altered at the last minute. The test preview did not get the reaction the head of the studio paying for the film wanted. The audience just didn't get what Ridley Scott was calling "The dark side of comic strip" so they took control, and collaborating with Ridley Scott changed it to what it is today. 25 years on Ridley Scott will be re-releasing the original edit September 2007.
