Continuity: When Keenan is watching Casablanca, Segal shows him a yellow slip and is wearing gloves. When they show his full body he has no gloves on.
Continuity: When Campbell first walks into his office to find Cole sitting there, he says his line, and in this shot his arms are in front of him holding a folder, then in the following shot his right hand is now on the desk.
Continuity: Near the beginning of the movie Steven Seagal and Keenan Ivory Wayans are driving to a hostage taking in a car that's seen as a Chevrolet Caprice from the front and as a Ford Crown Victoria from the rear.
Visible crew/equipment: During a scene where Steven Seagal dives over a wall to escape an exploding vehicle, the view changes to overhead and you can see the spotter there to make sure that Steven Seagal hits his mark.
Continuity: When Jack is strangling Donald at the end of the film, take a look at the blood that is on Donald's head. It disappears for a while and then it's there again.
Continuity: When Cole and Campbell stop a couple of guys from breaking into a car, the guy with the gray hair, who is talking to Cole, is pointing his gun at the side in one shot, yet in the following shot he is pointing it straight at Cole.
Continuity: When Cole and Campbell get a call over their radio about a suicide, Cole picks the receiver up with his left hand, but in the next shot it is in his right hand.
Continuity: At the end of the film, when the bad guy is trying to escape by going out the front door of the motel, if you slow it down, you can see that the door is slightly open, but in the following shot there is no gap in the door.
