In the scene where Bobby falls asleep in his bed just after Ted (Hopkins) has departed, you can see a guy wearing a green shirt reflected in the mirror beside his bed. [There is a no mirror next to his bed. It is a fishbowl and the green you saw is a plant in the fish bowl.]
When Bobby's mother comes home, after being raped by her drunken boss, why does she threaten to call the police on Ted and not her boss? Why didn't she at least try to turn him in? [This is 1960. She had no witness, and went willingly on a trip with her boss. Chances are, the police - wink, wink, nudge, nudge - would say she asked for it. Or put it down as spite for being fired.]
