| 1 | Teen Wolf | During the championship game, one of the final shots shows Scott's dad coming out of the crowd to congratulate him. There is a fan behind him who stands up to cheer and deliberately exposes himself to the camera. |
| 2 | Star Wars | When the stormtroopers break into the control room, the stormtrooper on the right of the screen hits his head on the door frame. On the DVD release they've added a thump when he hits it. |
| 3 | The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring | When Sam and Frodo are in the field with the scarecrow, you can plainly see a car cruising past in the distance, from right to left. Further comment - there are two different shots which show the car moving from right to left. One starts at the top right distance, and in a shot a few seconds later the car has traveled down the road a bit and is more easily visible. Complicating matters is that the dust thrown up by the car looks similar to smoke from a chimney in the right distance, making some people think it is just the chimney. But chimneys don't move, and the smoke from the chimney is separate from the moving vehicle. <em>[It is deleted on the DVD, but you can still see an obvious bit of image fakery on the hill just left of the smoking chimney. One can see the hill, tree, and surrounding area move up and down and shimmer slightly where someone has done a cut and paste to cover up the auto. The "car inclusive" scene appears on the National Geographic documentary, "Beyond the Movie The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring." Also, watch the music documentary on the Extended DVD - when it shows this scene the car is still in it. Bizarrely, in his commentary Peter Jackson said he never saw a car and doesn't know what people are talking about, but the production/post-production team say in their commentary that despite not thinking anyone would be able to see it, they took it out anyway.]</em> |
| 4 | The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers | When Eomer is mounting his horse after giving Aragorn, Legolas and Gimli the two horses, you can see his sword falling out of its sheath. |
| 5 | A Beautiful Mind | When Nash is put into the car and is being taken away to the hospital, there is a line of people watching him drive away. Two of the spectators are the imaginary roommate and the little girl. They are standing in front of rest of the spectators. As the car is driving away you see a female student look around the imaginary roommate to see the moving car. If the roommate can only be seen by Nash why did she need to look around the roommate to watch the car drive away? |
| 6 | Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone | When Harry receives his first letter in the mail, Dudley snatches it from him before he has a chance to open it. Then he gives it to his father (Uncle Vernon), and Uncle Vernon says "Who'd be writing to you?" If you watch Dudley carefully, you can see him mouth what Uncle Vernon is saying. |

After checking her pulse, the others pronounce her dead and begin moving out. As the last one is leaving, the "dead" actress lifts her head up off the ground and looks left. |
| 10 | Titanic | In the beginning of the film, when Jack is running to the boat on the pier, his rucksack is a Swedish Army rucksack, model 1939, and nowadays widely sold as army surplus. |
| 11 | Miss Congeniality | When Stan and Kathy call out the Top 10, they only call out 7 names, leaving out Miss Nebraska, Miss Vermont and Miss Alaska, who are also part of the Top 10. |

| 13 | The Matrix | When Neo is running along while shooting, it switches to a shot of a soldier firing a shotgun. Just before Trinity kicks it out of his hands, he's firing at the same spot over and over. Trinity is behind him, and Neo is moving, so what is he shooting at? |
| 14 | Bruce Almighty | Early in the film, Jim Carrey is watching TV during a sports segment. He is watching Channel 7, the station he works for. This clip they showed was of actual WKBW sports director John Murphy. The clip they showed was taken directly from a real WKBW newscast, with the authentic news set, and graphics. However, when they show a clip of Ch. 7 News later, there are completely different graphics, and a completely different news set, both made for the movie. |
| 15 | King Kong | When Ann Darrow is awaiting sacrifice to Kong she is hanging from tight thick ropes around her wrists. However, when Kong shows up he just grabs her and tears her from the plinth. Either the ropes should still be around her arms having been torn from their mounts, or her arms should have been ripped off. |
| 16 | Broken Arrow | When Christian Slater shoots 9 or 10 shots out of a 6-shooter, there is no possible way that he could have had time to reload in the time allotted. |
| 17 | Jeepers Creepers | When Darry is in the basement under the church, Darry is laying on the floor surrounded by a circle of sunlight appearing through the pipe. Then follows a series of cuts between Trish at the open end of the pipe, and Darry. Why do we not see a silhouette of Trish on the floor rather than a perfect circle of light? |
| 18 | Darkman | At the carnival, you can see an African-American man staring at the camera for a while. I am unsure if he is a crew-member watching over the scene, or if he is just an extra trying to get onscreen. |
| 19 | Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines | When the Terminator scans the doorman at the bar, a display comes up categorizing each piece of the doorman's clothing. The word "briefs" is misspelled "breifs". |
| 20 | War of the Worlds | When Ray pulls up to Mary Ann's home, the front exterior layout and dimensions of the house are evident, from its near center front door to the two car garage, in front of Ray's van. The side exterior wall contains two large garage doors, which are about 35-40 ft from the location of the front door, with no small basement windows at ground level; inside, beside the front door, the stairs that lead to the basement run parallel just under the stairs in the foyer. In the basement, the small windows on the far end of the furnace room they run into are only about 20 ft from the basement stairs. Not only are the small windows non-existent in the exterior shot, but it's entirely impossible for two small windows to be where they are, considering the exterior footage of the house. |

| 25 | Braveheart | When Robert the Bruce returns to the battlefield at Falkirk, there are 2 children supposedly crying over a loved one. If you look at the blonde girl she is actually laughing. |
| 26 | The Rocky Horror Picture Show | When Riff Raff and Magenta burst in after Frank's song, Janet steps away from Frank's side into Brad's arms. Watch Brad's face - you can clearly see the look of pain, as Janet steps on his foot in four inch spike heels. |
| 27 | Poltergeist | When the chair moves across the kitchen floor, Craig T. Nelson goes to investigate it (after it has stopped moving). He goes up to the chair and flips it over. If you look closely, Craig almost hits the camera with the chair's legs. You can tell this has happened because the camera moves up very quickly and Craig looks straight at the camera crew with very big guilty eyes. This is more easily visible on the widescreen version of the film. |
| 28 | Independence Day | When Connie is waiting for the President the first morning she is reading USA Today. On the back there is a weather map and it is blue and green, the colours for cold in USA Today. It was a hot July day! |
