Continuity mistake: As Steve and Mike are leaving in the police car, Mike turns and puts his arm back as he looks back to start driving in reverse as Steve waves to his wife. It cuts to an angle from behind his wife as Steve puts his arm down, but then Mike turns and looks back again a second time in this shot to start backing up. (00:20:35)
Continuity mistake: In the first WW2 flashback the protagonist is handing the various items to the Nazi doorman. When he puts down the pen, he is doing it with a left hand in the table close-up, but he picked it with his right, as the left arm is busy holding the coat. (00:02:05)
Continuity mistake: At the diner, Zach moved his drink from the tray and set it on the table to the right of his plate and right arm. When his dad sat at the table, Zach's drink was to the left of his plate and left arm. Also, Zach was playing with a plastic fork with both hands and was turned to his right while talking to his dad, but his drink was suddenly between his arms after a camera shift. Continuity mistake: Elisabeth meets up with a large group of women in preparation for Hitler's arrival. When she stops, a woman adjusts her collar. In the wide shot, her left hand is positioned so that her thumb is placed on the front side of the collar, and her fingers on the bottom side. But in the next shot, her left hand is now positioned so that her thumb is on the bottom side of the collar and her fingers on the front side. (00:10:23)

Continuity mistake: Valeria went to the first meeting with Alberto Rak at his place. In the following scene her mother Amalia enters her apartment bringing breakfast. Between takes Laura Morante picked up the tray from opposite directions, since the coffee cup switched from left to right during her walk from one end of the corridor to the other. (00:10:50)
Continuity mistake: In the opening scene with the skype call, Mia's hair is in front/behind her shoulders depending on the camera angle, with no logic. (00:00:55)
Continuity mistake: The position of Don's baseball cap on the table changes two times. Initially, the cap is near the corner of the table with the visor and letter "P" roughly parallel to the front of his body. After he pours beer into his glass, the visor is angled more toward the corner of the table (even though the camera appears to pan around it). When Don brings Mike back to the table, the cap visor is pointed toward Don and is at a differently angle (more parallel to the front of his body again). (00:00:09 - 00:01:47)
Continuity mistake: When young Tiffany is eating ice cream at a restaurant, the amount of ice cream left in the clear glass bowl increases after she eats more. Continuity mistake: Earl shoved the stacks of $100 bills back into the envelope and appeared to put the envelope back into the console with his right hand, but when the camera shifted, Earl was holding the envelope in his left hand with the stacks of $100 bills partially pulled out again. Continuity mistake: When Ryan and Taylor are talking, she puts on a green shirt and her ponytail is still inside it. It cuts to a different angle angle and suddenly her hair is outside her shirt.
Continuity mistake: At night, as Claudia gets into bed with Rory, we see her bare back across the shoulder blades, and no evidence of shoulder straps. In the morning she awakens with surprise at Rory's absence, and she is wearing a top that would have been visible if she'd worn it in the night scene. (01:31:13 - 01:33:00)
Continuity mistake: Vera looks at her watch and sees there is only nine hours and 27 minutes left. She has two fingers placed against the top of the watch in the close-up shot, but when the camera cuts back to Vera, she only has one finger pressed against it. (01:19:50)
Continuity mistake: In London, while singing the Pine song Oliver says "hoo loo loo" and raises his right arm. When the shot changes it's lowered.
Continuity mistake: Whilst driving back after meeting with Paul Castellano, Gotti has his hand on the driver seat headrest in some shots, but in others his hand is on the seat. (00:35:05)
Continuity mistake: Danica gets to work at the beginning of the movie, and her coworker passes her a folder. The folder keeps moving from under her arm to her hand, back and forth between shots. (00:03:00)
Continuity mistake: Abby's annoying boss puts her friend to work giving him a box to carry to his car. In a rather blatant continuity mistake, the penguin is facing opposite directions between shots. (00:03:15)
Continuity mistake: When Riley's boss says he's giving her extra hours and she's closing, Riley looks down to the side in her close up. When the camera cuts again as he walks away, she's suddenly looking up straight ahead towards him as he walks. (00:08:40)
Continuity mistake: When the police knocks at the door of Simon's trailer, Jean-Hugues Anglade 's arm changes position between shots as he talks to his daughter.
Continuity mistake: The clothes Tyler and Kassi were wearing at Kassi's house were not the same when Kassi came to dinner that day at the Burnside's house. It seems unlikely that BOTH would change clothes before dinner. (00:31:49 - 00:32:40)
Suggested correction: Apparently they did. It was probably Tyler's idea, presenting Kassi in the best possible light to assuage suspicion and maintain his image as a good Christian Boy Scout.
