Continuity mistake: In week 14, at his wife's request, the reverend goes visit Ye Win to ask him about increasing work shifts. When he is shown handing back forms to his fellow Burmese people, Ye Win puts down his pencil, but the pencil is back in his hand when he is passing the first. (00:57:10)

Continuity mistake: The glass bowl of spaghetti is filled within about 2" from the top, but the mound in the center almost reaches the rim when Janice carries it to the table. Continuity mistake: After Hutch is buried, Dominic leaves to catch up to the other two, limping with his right knee held rigid. An aerial shot is then taken showing Dom limping on his left leg instead.

Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the movie, Regina is looking at pictures and messages on her phone. There's no solid continuity between close-ups and wider shots, with the hand position changing suddenly most times. (00:01:10)
Continuity mistake: Gardner Lodge first takes a bite from the corner of the peanut butter and jelly sandwich and sets it back on the plate. The camera angle changes and when he is seen holding the sandwich again the bite is now taken from the middle of the sandwich. (01:28:55)
Continuity mistake: Edmund and his business partner pull over in front of the hotel. They walk out of the car, and the woman is holding a clipboard in her left hand and her smartphone in her right. When they get through the hotel doors though, she is thumbing her phone in her left hand and the clipboard is now encased in a whole document folder she did not leave the car with, in her right hand. Continuity mistake: When Richard, Stan and Dimitri return to the cliffside to retrieve Jen's body, there is a shot of the three shown from below the cliff looking up at them where Richard and Stan are standing side by side and Dimitri is standing a couple feet from them. Continuity mistake: Man-seob smears some cream above his upper lip after a few smoke grenades are deployed. The amount of cream shown over his upper lip changes between shots.
Continuity mistake: When William Baldwin spills macaroni on his MacBook, in the close-up of the notebook keyboard you can see part of the screen in the background. The chat app he supposedly is using is empty of any text, no trace of the conversation he is having in the rest of the scene. (00:05:00)
Continuity mistake: While racing through a parking complex to get to his daughter at the hospital, Lin ramps out of the exit and hits the font of his car on the ground leaving some damage, and even a part of the bumper hanging off. However in subsequent shots, the vehicle is undamaged. (00:02:50)
Continuity mistake: Michele Riondino has just killed the snitch and is going after the witness, a Chinese woman. He holds her at gunpoint; she does not move, but in a shot she has hair in front of just her left shoulder, both shoulders in the next. (00:30:30)
Continuity mistake: In the first scene with Kaylani, she puts her hands on Peter's face (her hand also disappears from his shoulder briskly during a cut, incidentally). Between shots you can easily spot how her fingers are placed differently each time, in particular the index finger is on or behind the ear. (00:04:40)
Continuity mistake: During the fight, a stop sign is ripped off a bus and thrown to the ground. It disappears in the next shot.
Continuity mistake: When Mariah is talking to the girls on the bridge at the beginning of the movie, the girl in green is holding her leash (her dog's that is) with her right hand in the shots from behind, the left hand in others including the wider ones from the protagonist's height. (00:02:25)
Continuity mistake: Sara recovers the artifact and gets on the boat. She removes the deep-dive helmet and the oxygen tank. The villain is looking at her through his binoculars, she hasn't moved, but the equipment she took off and dropped on the deck has vanished. (00:03:00)
Continuity mistake: After the car almost hits Lenna and Dalton, they walk beyond the right corner of the car's bumper, but are still in front of the bumper when the camera shifts. (00:01:55)
Continuity mistake: When he tries cooking by himself, he leaves a pan on the stove and goes to sit on the couch. At some point while on the couch the pan is no longer on the stove and when he runs to it after the fire alarm goes off it is still gone. Then when he gets to the stove the handle has been flipped to the other side. (00:48:05)
