Other mistake: During the "escape from East Berlin" sequence, Kuryakin fires a single shot at Gaby's car. Aside from the extremely unlikely possibility of hitting anything like a tire with a handgun from more than half a block away, we see just her left rear tire deflated and shredding off the rim. For the rest of the sequence, sparks fly from both rear wheels as she and Solo avoid capture.
Other mistake: The bank clerk with the grey hair, offering the cigarette and sitting back is supposed to work in "the late 70's" according to the narration. Surprised to see him again in the audience (front right) of the panel discussion on March 14, 2008, some 30 years later, looking not a year older. (00:01:35 - 01:53:40)
Other mistake: When Marry Anne flies into the dark forest for the first time she drops the boutonniere. After seeing the primrose petal she flies off empty handed but has the boutonniere later when she meets Roland.
Other mistake: Ma and Jack bake a cake, but there is no way of doing this as they have no oven - only a work top hob and a grill.
Other mistake: When Riley and her parents arrive at their new home in San Francisco, several pieces of mail are sticking out of the mail slot in the door. A letter carrier would not deliver mail to a vacant house, let alone not push it all the way through the slot.
Other mistake: After Dr. Palmer and his friend Ryan have placed the miniature horses in the back of his truck, he drives off. After this, a robot runs past Ryan chasing after Dr. Palmer. The robot takes a shortcut through a forest and then leaps off a very tall cliff, but somehow Dr. Palmer's truck is directly below, driving at the bottom of the cliff, despite only driving off a couple of seconds ago. (00:13:30)
Other mistake: Whilst the main character is having a 'talk' with the general, the world clocks on the way show 3:50 on time 1, and 3:49 on time 2. (01:25:10)
Other mistake: Captain Forsyth is looking at the dossier about The Gourmet Detective; the interrogation happens in the evening with everyone still dressed for the formal dinner, but the file was printed at 9 AM. There's no reason why the police would have printed that file at that time of the day. (00:23:15)
Other mistake: During the opening, when Danny rides his bike past the boatyard, the image has been reversed. The registration numbers on the boats appear as mirror images.
Other mistake: When Simon runs down the hospital corridor toward the end, attempting to catch Gordo in the elevator, many of the hospital employees and patients notice him running and watch curiously. But in the very next shot, where he slams against the elevator doors and shouts, none of them seem interested.
Other mistake: The scene with Nicholas Cage browsing with his wife a series of pictures of missing children has a fundamental flaw; the idea is that "most" children who go missing on any day other than Halloween are found, but on Halloween the % drops to "just half." Look at the screen while Cage is saying this; it's not at all what it is shown. The cases solved in the first 'random' day (they have a red stamp on the kid's pic) are way less than 50%, not even 30%. (00:45:30)
Other mistake: Maggie and the chef sleuth are watching the viral video. The article mentions that a four minutes outburst has been caught on camera, but the video lasts only 30 seconds, contains the full transcript and ends, no cuts, with her that grabs the camera. There's no room for other 3 minute and a half of footage. (00:26:00)
Other mistake: When Noah and Kevin go to the hardware store, the sign says "Calahan." In the end credits roll, Lexi Atkins' character is "Allie Callahan", 2 Ls. (00:06:05 - 01:23:10)
Other mistake: The town is Mt Barker. The red and blue ribbons on the sheep pen say Mt Baker.
Other mistake: When Rezendes is interviewing abuse victim Patrick in Mitchell Garabedian's office, the books on the lower shelf behind Patrick contain reported court cases from California, New York and the Southern Reporter (covering Florida, Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana). But the events are unfolding in Boston, Massachusetts. No small law office in Boston would have these volumes in the library, because the cases in them would have no precedent or relevance for Massachusetts law and cases.
Other mistake: When Otto Preminger calls Trumbo from his car to announce that Trumbo's real name would be credited for Exodus, Preminger tells him to look at the front page of the New York Times. The problem is that Trumbo has already picked up the paper from his counter and is reading before Preminger even tells him which newspaper features the article.
Other mistake: When Finn is fighting the sharks in the shuttle, he doesn't have his helmet down - he is floating in the vacuum of space without any breathing apparatus. (01:19:55 - 01:20:25)
Other mistake: If you look closely after the film leaps ahead a year, Reed's file on Ben lists his birthdate as 1986, but the prologue of the film which features Ben and Reed at roughly 10 years old each is set in 2007. The math doesn't add up.
Other mistake: In the beginning of the film when the stage coach is approaching Minnie's haberdashery, a well-worn horse path when approaching the haberdashery but it's been snowing a long time, and there is not a lot of traffic going to the haberdashery so this path should not be so worn.
Other mistake: Scout got bit in the butt but never turned into a zombie.
