Visible crew/equipment: Right after the race car goes over the bridge the scene changes to the Angels' HQ & there is a close-up of the TV screen that they are watching. As the camera zooms out you can very clearly see the reflection in the TV of the cameraman backing away from the screen with his eye to camera. (00:33:00)
Visible crew/equipment: When Wesley is in the interrogation room with the 2 way mirror, as the camera pans around the room the reflection of the camera and the crane it's mounted on, and even a crew member, are all perfectly visible in the mirror. (00:33:25)
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene after Patrick Bateman's second encounter with the detective in his office, we see Bateman having sex at Courtney's apartment. After he rolls off her, Bateman approaches the large, stand-up mirror in the bedroom. In the upper right hand corner of the mirror, a boom microphone can clearly be seen moving around to pick up Christian Bale's lines. The next time we get the same long shot, the microphone is gone. Visible crew/equipment: In all the President Kennedy White House shots, you can see the boom mic peak down several times. Look for the group shots, and the boom mic will be there.
Visible crew/equipment: As Tom Cruise is listening to his mission via the sunglasses at the beginning of the film, the camera and several crew members are reflected in the right lens as the shot pans around him.

Visible crew/equipment: You can see reflections of film crew and lighting boards in Clint Eastwood's sunglasses several times during the scenes where he is gathering the old members of team Daedalus.
Visible crew/equipment: When Memphis (Nicolas Cage) is speeding up to take the final jump on the bridge, you can see the camera crew on the other side of the road filming, if you look closely you can make out the shading devices used exclusively to block out the sun from the camera. Visible crew/equipment: The camera is visible in Cyclops' glasses when he is in Logan's room and says, "Oh, and Logan: stay away from my girl."

Visible crew/equipment: After Avi and Co have just met with Bullet Tooth for the first time they go out and get in his car. Here you can see the boom mike reflecting in the center of the bonnet.
Visible crew/equipment: When Nick gets out of his black jeep at the parking lot, crew members are reflected in the car door.
Visible crew/equipment: As Nadia Fares is assisting Jean Reno with his gear for the descent into the crevasse, a camera crane is reflected in Jean's glasses.
