Revealing mistake: When the boy accidentally hits the old man with the ball, he falls over. Note that you can see the stuntman's full head of hair as he hits the ground. When you return to the close-ups of the old man as he gets up, that extra hair is gone.
Continuity mistake: When Amanda rushes to get onto the bus to the train station, the door being opened is at the front LEFT of the bus (as viewed from the back). On arrival at the station (5 scenes later), the door opens at the front RIGHT of the bus (as viewed from the back), and in the second camera shot, the driver of the bus can be clearly seen sitting where the door Amanda used to board the bus would be, with no door there.
Plot hole: Mr. Elliott calls his office in Cleveland, Ohio from the secret pay phone in the lobby, but gets no answer. His wife explains it's 4 AM in Cleveland and that's why nobody answered. However, the island is somewhat close to Hawaii and the time difference is 6 hours during summer. The local time on the island would be around 10 PM. Outside however, the sun is shining. Not possible at 10 PM in that region.
Continuity mistake: When Bugs Bunny is reading from the Christmas stories book to Clyde, you can see Clyde is sitting by the fireplace and there is a long red stocking on the right hand side of it. After a quick cut to Bugs reading, we return to Clyde and the long red stocking has disappeared.
Continuity mistake: In the sequence where the police are chasing Sonny on Rising Star through the field there are two close ups of an officer driving a car where the image is reversed (it appears like the car is right hand drive and the logo of his shoulder patch is reversed).
Other mistake: Teri Lynn, the founding member of HOTS, who comes from somewhere like Arkansas or West Virginia's accent disappears from the movie several times.
Continuity mistake: When Grossout comes by the passed out frat guy on the steps of the house at the beginning of the movie, he temporarily revives him sprinkling beer on his face. The cans in his hand change position between shots.
Other mistake: Lauren Tewes' character is credited as "Jessie", but the name tag on her waitress outfit says "Jesse." (00:17:00)
Continuity mistake: Kindaichi follows the gang of rollerskating thieves in their hideout. The female leader says she has a question about his book, and hands him what he identifies as his book of short stories. He's holding it with the left hand in close-up, but in the next shot it's the right hand. (00:17:40)
Continuity mistake: Before going to bed, Scrooge takes off his slippers and puts them by the side of his bed. But when he is disturbed by the singers, the slippers and the pillows he is resting his head on have disappeared.
Revealing mistake: Just before the battle between King Arthur's men and Sir Mordred's men, Trimble Tom escapes from Sir Mordred's encampment in a rocket-powered chair. As he approaches King Arthur's Castle you can see the wires supporting the chair. (01:15:45)
