Visible crew/equipment: In the scene when Kermit confronts Doc Hopper he comes walking out of the bar. If you look at the top of Kermit's legs when he walks out, two pair of hands can be seen moving the legs.
Continuity mistake: At the end of the scene with the ex-leper you see Brian's mother open the door to their house twice; first in the background of a wide shot, then in a closer shot. (00:15:25)
Factual error: During the drag racing part of the film, they show an orange Plymouth lining up to race a red 57 Chevy. When the back of the Plymouth comes into view you can see a Direct Connection license plate with a Mopar logo on it. Chrysler's Direct connection line didn't exist in 1964, and the red white and blue Mopar logo wasn't around until 1972.
Revealing mistake: When the sniper is shooting the cans, the close-up of the first can shows the metal peeling out as though the bullet had come from inside instead of outside.
Continuity mistake: There is an error in the scene where Dave is drafting behind the Cinzano truck. In the second close up shot of his legs (cranks) pedaling the bike he is in a lower (easier) gear than the previous shot even though he is supposed to be riding significantly faster.
Continuity mistake: During "Easy To Be Hard" a redheaded woman disappears and reappears on a park bench.
Continuity mistake: Lupin's car windows are blown away in the car chase, and he and Gingen break all the remaining shards of glass from them. They then return again when lupin pulls up to the princess' car, then disappear in the following shot.
Continuity mistake: As the two look-outs get on the big wheel the thin guy with the ventriloquist's dummy sits on the right. But later in the film he is on the left.
Audio problem: During the last fight between Jackie Chan and that well-dressed man, after the man gets his vest torn off by Chan, there passes a fight sequence with no audio whatsoever; you would expect to hear grunts and groans and hits, but some seconds pass with no audio.
Continuity mistake: During the time when Vince and Sheldon are on the highway, in the cab fleeing the bad guys in Tijada , the same cars can be seen over and over again between shots.
Visible crew/equipment: If you look closely, you can see the camera and crew reflected in the cars passing while the camera follows Isaac running down the street.
Visible crew/equipment: When Stuart Selsome unloads the safe and rolls it on the dolly towards his pen, the shadow of a boom mic can be seen on the grass. (01:10:05)

Continuity mistake: Whilst having dinner with the Rands, there is a brief shot where Chance's white wine glass is empty - it is full immediately before and afterwards. This is happens just before Mr. Rand launches into his "businessmen are just like gardeners" metaphor. (00:44:54)
Plot hole: Though there's supposed to be a championship football game taking place near the end of the movie, the stadium is strangely devoid of fans. A meager effort was made to fill some seats, but most of the shots show empty ones. It also looks as if the production crew tried to save money by using only half the stadium lights.
Deliberate mistake: When George spies on his hedonistic neighbor down the hill with his telescope, the telescope is always level when it actually should have been pointing downward. Same when his neighbor spied on him - his telescope was always level also when it should have pointing upward.
Continuity mistake: When the buses are loading at the market parking lot, the Chevrolet and GMC buses in the lot turn into Fords and Dodges when they arrive at Camp Northstar.

Continuity mistake: In the scene where one of the hall monitors is folding the principal's note into a paper airplane, watch his cigarette. It goes from being in his mouth, to being in his hand and back without him moving it.
Continuity mistake: Doug's 79 Firebird Formula turns into an early 70s Camaro when it gets blown up.
