Continuity mistake: When Galen, Burke, and Virdon enter the village, Gregor's hands are far apart grasping the bars of the prison cart as they pass. Quick cut back to Gregor and his hands are closer together, holding bars that are next to each other.
Containment - S1-E5
Continuity mistake: At the end of the episode, when the bad guy is preparing the syringe of small pox, he follows the usual method of tapping out any air in the tube - when he is shown injecting himself, a large air bubble is back in the syringe (which would probably kill him quicker than the smallpox).
Continuity mistake: When the Man in Black wakes up with a noose around his neck, there are only 4 distinct loops in the hangman's knot. A few seconds later, he cuts the rope and collapses to the ground, and there are now 6 distinct loops in the hangman's knot.
Continuity mistake: Michael invites Spock to play chess. She presents a board with three levels. Later, when the game is underway, the board has seven levels by the addition of four smaller boards. (00:17:50 - 00:21:25)
Continuity mistake: This is supposed to be the Rangers' first mission and we see Jayden use the Fire-Smasher mode of his spin sword. Jayden didn't learn how to use that feature until the third episode of the series, which takes place after this mission.

Continuity mistake: The way the shower curtain is draped over Todd's shoulder changes throughout the scene when he and Dirk are by the dumpster.

Continuity mistake: Uribatake is checking on the prisoners from the door. In the wide shot of the room, the admiral and the one next to him are at greater distance than their close-up that follows. (00:08:40)
Continuity mistake: While Mr. Klimer is forcing Debbie into the car, he for some reason seems to have a Charlie Chaplin-esque moustache which he doesn't have in any other point in the episode.

Continuity mistake: A group of people are standing before a door with full glass inserts. It has a thought processor for access. Once the group defeats the processor, they open the doors. But the doors are now solid wood, not with a glass insert. (00:29:20)
Continuity mistake: During the atmospheric re-entry, Char in the capsule is clinging dramatically to the front seat with his right hand in close-ups, but never in wider angles. (00:17:30)
Continuity mistake: As Zoreth looks around after his wife closes the door, he closes a book he's holding. A second later, he's holding it by one cover, the book hanging open.
Continuity mistake: The professor knocks a hole in the side of a tunnel and hot water and steam gush out. The group is then distracted by a boulder traveling through the tunnel. After the boulder passes, there is no longer any steam or water gushing from the hole in the wall.

Continuity mistake: When Polymar is hanging onto the iron fence, his left arm is wearing a white sleeve. However, in the next shot, it changes to red. (00:15:44)

Continuity mistake: When Wolverine opens the door and Emma Frost is there, she is within less than an arm's reach of the door. When she says she has decided to join the X-Men, she along with Wolverine and Angel are suddenly a few steps outside away from the door, even though she was never shown stepping back. (00:02:17)
Continuity mistake: After Naomi apologizes to Cyn for hitting him on the head, in the shot facing Naomi she reaches for Cyn's brandy with her right arm extended, but next shot it's her left arm extended. Then Naomi holds the brandy bottle with her left hand and removes the brandy's cap with her right, but in the next semi-closeup the bottle and cap have switched hands. (00:23:10)
