Continuity mistake: In the sit room, when the president is trying to decide whether to intercept the smugglers' aircraft, the local time displayed On the Clock in the background jumps from 19:12 to 19:58, back to 19:12, then to 20:13, then to 19:08. It then jumps to 19:53, then 19:59, then back to 19:15, then to 19:02. It then jumps to 20:00, before going back to 19:15 and finally finishing 19:02. All in the space of about 2 minutes of ‘real time'. (00:01:10 - 00:02:45)
Prodigal Son - S5-E3
Visible crew/equipment: After Agent Hobbs reads the text that Zack sent to Clayton, Jubal tells ADIC Reynolds they need to evacuate Chapman, and in the next shot facing Reynolds there's an orange T-mark taped to the floor behind him. (00:19:35)
Something Fishy This Way Comes - S4-E13
Continuity mistake: When Dmitry and Hank are talking while waiting for Amir to return, Boris approaches Dmitry and hands him a drink. The drink is initially in Dmitry's left hand, but when the shot cuts, the drink has jumped to his right hand. (00:26:35)
Continuity mistake: When Hayes passes Perry the laptop onboard the plane, the screen shows VLC media player on the screen. When we see Perry, the laptop is showing the desktop. (00:17:00)
Continuity mistake: In the first scene he appears in, R7-A7 has his normal white, green and red plating. In the second scene, he's changed colour to orange and black. (00:20:17)
Factual error: Throughout the show bottles of liquor have sprout dispensers attached to them. Sprout dispensers were not invented until the 1960s.
Continuity mistake: At the diner when Tsunoda and Retsuko are talking, Tsunoda pulls out a red phone with a white heart on it from her purse. In the close up she is pulling it out with her left hand and the phone is horizontal with the heart on its side. It then cuts to a wide angle and suddenly she's holding the phone upright with both hands.
Single Point of Failure - S1-E2
Revealing mistake: Walter accesses code on the sick girl's laptop to trace the source of the virus - aside from the fact that the code comes straight up a fraction of a second after his hands even touch the keyboard, the code displayed in the black window is for a set of traffic lights, with lines like "Walk/Dont_Walk" and "Green_Arrow/Yellow_Slow." Continuity mistake: When Daisy is hugging Jemma after proving they're both human, Daisy's right arm is hooked entirely around Jemma's neck. There's an angle change and a lens flare (possibly to help cover the cut) and Daisy's right arm is now at 90°, with her hand on Jemma's left shoulder. (00:21:15)
Continuity mistake: After the officers show up in Kim's office regarding the kidnapping, in the closeup one of them uses his left hand to contact Control via his shoulder mic, but in the next wideshot it's his right hand up at the radio mic.
Continuity mistake: After the crash, Myka helps Pete out of the wreck. There is blood on his shirt, which disappears when he sits down on the road.
Revealing mistake: The scene is set in Boston, MA, USA, but at a murder location, a European-style circular power outlet is visible through the glass doors at the bottom of the concrete wall. (00:01:20)
Continuity mistake: When Claudette, Danni, Julien and Wagenbach are at the overturned churro cart crime scene, Claudette is seen pulling a pair of white gloves from her pocket. The gloves then disappear from her hands in a wide shot of her talking to Julien about the crime scene, but reappear in the next shot. (00:16:45)
Continuity mistake: When Sobel yells at pvt. Christensen for drinking out of his canteen during the night march, Christensen's helmet is wet when they film from behind, when the camera switches to the front it is dry. (00:14:30)
The Disappearance of Mr. Davenheim - S2-E5
Other mistake: When Japp and the bobby arrest the pickpocketer, the dialogue says "It was only last week that we put him inside for three months" which obviously does not make sense. In the original story he did the 3 months of jail the year before, and this has to be a flub in the lines of this TV version (it is specified also that he did those in the winter, so the Sergeant can't possibly mean that he was released last week). Continuity mistake: When David and Maddie are debating whether or not to help Lawrence Everett, the towel David uses to wipe shaving cream off his face jumps around during the scene. It's around his neck, then in his hands, then on his shoulder, and back in his hands, etc. (00:15:40)
Yomigaere! Eiyuu Densetsu - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: At night, Seiya is startled by Marin's voice and looks at her. There's a table with wine and fruit to his right. A few seconds later, in another shot of the room, the table moved to the left. (00:12:40)
New Business - S7-E9
Continuity mistake: Pima Ryan is standing behind her Hasselblad camera, directing models on set. When the camera view changes her waist-level viewfinder goes from an upright position to being flattened down, without anyone touching it. (00:15:50)
Continuity mistake: 4.03 - The 15 Minutes Job. Parker gives the target her number on the napkin, tells the guy to call her and takes a drink. The way she holds the glass changes immediately.
Character mistake: In the 11/14/2005 US Army Rangers report about Peter MacLeish, the word captain right under MacLeish's signature is misspelled "captian."
