Factual error: During this game, your mech is carried around from world to world by a Titan class DropShip. Titans are strictly aerospace fighter carriers.
Factual error: When you hit an enemy plane with your gun, you can sometimes hear the enemy pilot say: "Damn! My plane's been Swiss-cheesed!" In the Strangereal world (the world where the Ace Combat Series takes place) there is no country of Switzerland.
Plot hole: In the level A Show of Force, Bond has to drive the Q-Bike. It seems that this bike came from nowhere, as it wasn't there the first time he went to the safe house, and 003 was already captured. No one could have put it there.
Other mistake: Anybody hit by the Killing Curse died immediately. If the player uses the Killing Curse on Harlow, he still lives.
Factual error: Poison's "Nothin' but a good time" is labeled "Ain't Nothin but a good time".
Factual error: Whenever you fly a damaged helicopter where the tail is bent, you can fly just fine. This is impossible, in a real helicopter, when this happened the helicopter would spin out of control and eventually crash.
Continuity mistake: After defeating Blane, Bill will appear and ask you to go to the Sevii Islands. Answer no. He'll then go to the Cinnabar's Pokemon Center and will wait for you there. However, if you fly to his house in Route 25, he'll also be there. He's in two places at the same time.
Factual error: When you reach the champion in Pokemon Gold, you have to defeat his Pokemon. His 4th one, Aerodactyl, knows the move Rock Slide. Aerodactyl cannot learn this move, and it does not appear as a TM in this generation.
Bug: There are two ways to perform this glitch. When the glitch is performed, the game can't progress, regardless of the fact all windows on the current floor have been fixed. Ralph will continue to throw bricks and Felix can still be moved, but the game will stay on the current floor. One way of performing this glitch is to 'die' just as the last window on the floor is fixed. The second way to perform the glitch is to press the fix button on a window and have Ralph destroy the window whilst it's being fixed.
Other mistake: When entering Final Fortress as Team Sonic, Sonic will say "This must be Eggman's headquarters!" however the subtitles make a typing error and leave out the 'be,' reading "This must Eggman's headquarters!"
Bug: Bot Boneyard: Pac-Man lands in the pit and he takes a look around. The shot cuts to what Pac-Man can see. As the shot pans around, the black paint on the walls disappears from shot.
Continuity mistake: When going to the Gotham City Bank, the clock tower bell will begin to ring. Alfred then contacts Batman and says that it's now 12:00 AM and wishes him a merry Christmas. If you look at the clock tower, however, the clock says that it's only 9 o'clock.
Other mistake: In the Big section of the Special Book, the first clue to find Big spells "pillar" "pilalr".
Bug: If you travel to "The Pass Of Caradhras" using the map, you end up in "The Mines Of Moria" instead.
Other mistake: When Set takes control of a robot, he uses it to grab and pick up Frau Engel by her face causing damage. When Frau Engel stands up and looks directly at Blazkowicz, her bottom jaw is dislocated and most of her lips have been torn off, making talking impossible. But, when she threatens Blazkowicz, she is speaking in completely coherent sentences.
Bug: Kashyyk Training: If you get smashed by one of the logs whilst training, you go straight through the log.
Continuity mistake: In the opening cutscene, The American is walking up looking around and finds a machine gun on the ground. His eyes are blue here. But a few shots later when he is on the tank and looks up, his eyes are green.
Other mistake: It is possible to check the vitals on Polus. This would involve attaching some kind of medical device to allow this. But Imposters are shapeshifting aliens that are not supposed to be there, but their vitals are readable as well. This should not be the case.
Suggested correction: Given that the players have backpacks and we never see the back there could be a vitals reader on the back.
With a recent update, it's now clear that there're no vitals reader on the back.
Factual error: Roaming the Istanbul marketplace in the prologue, the protagonist Antoinette Marceau mentions that the rugs look as if they might be able to fly "like the fabled Aladdin carpet." The association between Aladdin and the magic carpet comes from the Disney movie, it's not something a lady in the 1930s would have said.
