Factual error: Lydia tells Stiles that as a child she was so obsessed with the book "The Little Mermaid" and insisted on being called Ariel for months. The thing is that the character wasn't named in the book, she was only given the name Ariel in the Disney film.

A Novel Approach - S5-E5

Factual error: The operator that receives the 911 call only sends the police, when in actuality if a caller is silent during their call, the operator has to send out all emergency services.

Restraint - S2-E8

Continuity mistake: While Stiles and Scott are at the vet getting the black dust, the vet puts the mountain ash on the table and says it's for Stiles. Stiles picks up the bottle and it's in his hand. A shot later the bottle of ash is back on the table, but Stiles never put it down. Then the shot after they show it on the table, it's back in Stiles' hand and he sets it back down.
