Continuity: In "Inner Child", Olivia stops The Artist at a checkpoint, and he touches his face with his hand. When the shot cuts to Olivia, his hand disappears; when the shot cuts back to The Artist, his hand reappears.
Continuity: In "The No-Brainer", Peter tells Olivia that the brain-melting computer program is being downloaded at her apartment "right now", which suggests a computer is already on and the program is running. But the next scene is Olivia's niece Ella turning her computer on for the first time.
Factual error: When they show the fact sheet for Dr. Bishop, his license is marked revoked, yet the license in the picture was not around when Dr. Bishop was locked up.
