Revealing: In the episode "The way we almost weren't", closer to the end, when Lily and Oliver are lying on the floor glued to the chairs, you can easily see black strips on their backs attaching them to the chairs.

Continuity: At the end of the episode "Torn Between Two Hannahs" the Stewart's neighbour comes in their house and takes their pot of candy. In the next shot when Robbie and Jackson are talking, the pot is back on the table.

Continuity: In the very first episode, "Lily, Do You Want to Know a Secret", the ketchup on Miley's hand in the lunch room disapears when Lily goes to put the bracelet on Miley but reappears after the bracelet is on.

Revealing: In "Moose Lodge Dislodge",when Roxie carries Robbie on her back up the stairs, you can tell that she has a dummy on her back (just look at his feet).

Revealing: In 2-27, Me and Rico Down by the School Yard, when Snowflake the bird plays dead, Jackson drops it and when he catches it you can hear his hands hit the plastic and make that sound.

Continuity: In "Achey Jakey Heart Pt. 1", Lily is talking to Miley about Jake being in the tabloids. The page she is continuously talking about changes from shot to shot and we never see her flip the page.
