Continuity mistake: After the vampire's wife (Ginger) unfolds the couch bed, she laughs with her arms down and spread out by her sides, but the next shot shows her hands up by her face, clutching her gown.

Continuity mistake: The color of Ginger's shoes are different once returning to the island at the end of the episode from what she wore on the mad scientist's island.
Continuity mistake: After the shark bites off the rest of the paddle, leaving the handle, Gilligan hesitates a second, sees no paddle, and begins swatting at the shark. A moment later, in the closeup, he's paddling, hears the bite again, and pulls the handle up, showing the paddle is gone.
Other mistake: The Communal Hut is built in the clearing, and has a dirt floor. When Skipper and Gilligan check outside, it's floating in the lagoon. But that suggests it had a wooden floor.
Splashdown - S3-E22
Plot hole: Most of the episode focuses on just Gilligan and the Skipper riding the capsule out to sea (although the Howells and the girls attempt to stow away with them at first). However the whole plot changes at the end... suddenly with nobody aboard the capsule, Gilligan tells the Skipper it floated off and Skipper yells at him saying "We could have ALL been on that capsule!" when it suddenly explodes thus saving everybody as if the plot now called for everyone to have been on board. It was still supposed to be Gilligan and Skipper only.
Plot hole: Many episodes show either visitors on the island swimming away or objects floating away on rafts (a lion, a silent film, etc) that at the end of the episode always make it safely to civilization (as heard on the radio)... yet, none of the castaways ever could swim or leave on a raft to attempt to get off the island and get rescued in the same way.
Continuity mistake: When the imposter Gilligan is playing chess with Mr. Howell, the long shots show the imposter holding the spoon transmitter near the center of the table the chess board is on, whereas the close-ups show the transmitter close to the edge of the table.
Revealing mistake: After Gilligan lies down on his hammock, there is an "X" in the sand where actor Alan Hale, Jr. stands. Obviously it is the mark where Hale is supposed to stand, and he does stand there as he speaks to Bob Denver.
Continuity mistake: After the earthquake the skipper is holding the idol with both hands. The shot changes and only one hand is holding the idol.
Little Island, Big Gun - S1-E18
Visible crew/equipment: At the beginning of the episode when Ginger comes out of the hut the shadow of the boom mic is visible on the hut.
Visible crew/equipment: Outside the Howell's hut as the castaways ready to leave the island, the shadow of a boom mike enters the upper left side of the scene twice.
Other mistake: On the beginning, the butterfly Beasley calls the Pussycat Swallowtail is yellow. Later it's orange. Also, when Beasley holds the cage with the painted butterfly, you can see the wires making the puppet move.
Visible crew/equipment: When Gilligan puts the Skipper down, you can see the wires attached to the corners of the lounge seat.

Continuity mistake: After Skipper admonishes Gilligan for his suggestion, Balinkoff says "No, no", and starts to gesture with his right hand. After the angle change, he starts to gesture again.

Other mistake: The book the professor is supposedly reading radiation information from has an odd decoration on the cover over the title. It is actually technical manual TM 9-729 for the M24 Chaffee Light Tank.

Continuity mistake: When the camera is in wide shot of the table scene where everybody fainted at the Professor's announcement, he has the book at belt level. In the close up, he has it at chest height.
Continuity mistake: In the hut, "Gilligan" has the spoon of his transmitter knife open so his commander can hear the conversation. In the wide angle shots, the spoon is half way out. In the close ups, it's fully in position.
Ship Ahoax - S2-E23
Continuity mistake: The Professor is under the table which has a cloth positioned so he can't be seen. However, in the shots of him, you can see the background, and nobody's feet or the cloth.
Chosen answer: It looks like a mistake to me I see it when the Professor is put into a trance, but it is not there later.
