Mimi says that her Rolex stopped working at the same time that everything else in town was hit by the EMP. Rolexes are mechanical, not digital. It wouldn't be effected by EMP. [Being digital has nothing to do with it... it's being electrical that's a problem. Rolex makes plenty of quartz watches, which are powered by a battery which *would* be affected by an EMP.]

When the girls input the thing they call an IP address, it is not an IP address. The numbers are out of range (0-255). The filmmakers could use a valid IP address that is within the range but reserved. [TV shows always use fictional IP adresses, just like they use fictional phone numbers, so this isn't a mistake.]
