Continuity mistake: Brad asks Malone what he has to do in regards to his habeas corpus appeal. When he does he has his left hand extended and raised slightly. Not a lot but enough to be spotted in the following shot where it's not shown. (00:11:50)

Continuity mistake: When Haywire jumps, Mahone has 1 hand on the rail. We then see Haywire falling from an overhead shot. In this shot, Mahone's hand is no longer on the rail. (00:41:15)

Continuity mistake: Link leans over to open the train cab with his left hand and not holding the white rail. Camera cuts to inside the cab and now he's holding the white rail with his left hand and opening the door with his right. (00:27:40)

Continuity mistake: When Paul and the brothers get off the plane in Montana, the passenger door is left ajar. As the trio walks off it closes itself. This is after the pilot is entering the plane, and no he didn't have time to shut it himself. (00:20:50)

Continuity mistake: We see T-Bag standing leaning against a post - he has a pocket watch in his good hand and his bad hand is lowered. Camera cuts and now his bad hand is raised and his good hand is open palmed. (00:29:28)

Continuity mistake: When Detective Slattery gets the envelope with the receipt in it she leaves the top open and walks to her desk. Camera changes and now the envelope is closed and held differently. (00:26:20)

That wouldn't make sense because the original grave stone in series 4 has Michael's death date as 2005, which is supposed to be at least 3 years after Fox River.
