Continuity: Bones asks to get out of the car during their trip from the airport. Booth's SUV parks behind a yellow school bus. When he runs after her, the bus is no where in sight.

Continuity: At the funeral, Bones places a rose on top of several other roses on the coffin of the murder victim. When the victim's parents approach the coffin to place their rose on it, most of the roses have vanished.

The Man in the SUV (season 1, episode 2)

Continuity: When Booth and Brennan are speaking with the widow explaining that her husband was murdered. Brennan has her arms folded across her chest, when the shot changes and you see her in the mirror her arms are hanging down at her sides, then when it changes back her arms are folded again.

The Woman in the Garden (season 1, episode 13)

Continuity: Booth and Brennan arrive at the crime scene in the beginning of the show. After she has confirmed that the bones in the trunk belonged to a woman, a black car drives by and shots are fired. At first, the trunk of the car is less than halfway opened. Cut to the next shot and the trunk is fully opened.

The Graft in the Girl (season 1, episode 20)

Continuity: When Angela asks to see the girl's drawing, in the shot from the girl's perspective as she hands the pad over, the painting's quite small in the centre of the page. When it then cuts to Angela's point of view it takes up nearly the whole page.

The Boy in the Shroud (season 2, episode 3)

Continuity: At the diner, before Mrs. Duncan comes to confess about murdering her husband, Brennan takes a sip of tea. Her glass at this point is less than half full. When Mrs. Duncan walks in, the same glass is now almost full.

Trivia: At around 5 mins 11 seconds into the episode, Vincent Nigel-Murrey and Dr. Saroyan are discussing the bones on the forensic platform. In the background of a shot of Vincent, the x-ray on the screen is of Homer Simpson's head in the middle of the screen, instead of a real human skull.
