Smallville

Skinwalker - S2-E10

Visible crew/equipment: After Joseph gets locked out of the construction site, the worker, who locked him out, walks away. All the other workers at the site are gone, but when the shot returns to Joseph you can see the shoulder of someone standing between Joseph and the gate even though there should be nobody there.

Skinwalker - S2-E10

Visible crew/equipment: After Kyla dies the scene goes to the construction site as Martha and Lionel get out of a SUV. As Martha gets out you can see the camera and film crew reflected in the window of the SUV.

Skinwalker - S2-E10

Visible crew/equipment: While Clark and Pete are riding dirt bikes, you can see a crew-member in a green jacket in the bottom-right-hand corner of the screen in the shot where they go off the jump. In the next shot he has disappeared.

Gone - S4-E2

Other mistake: Lois digs up Chloe's grave site to unearth her casket. It is obvious that the casket is not buried six feet deep. You would think, with all that is going on, that LuthorCorp would have at least buried the casket deeper to deter inquisitive eyes and maybe throw in a few scattered bones for good measure.

Trespass - S6-E14

Martha Kent: Clark? What are you still doing out here?
Clark Kent: Well, I'm still doing my chores.
Martha Kent: Well, you usually finish those in about two minutes. How is it that I drove to Metropolis, attended the Children's Foundation dinner, and made it back before you finished?
Clark Kent: Because I'm doing them the normal way.

Whisper - S3-E10

Question: In the episode, 'Whisper', there is a character that makes a very high pitched feedback like noise. Is this a character that was in the old comics and can anyone tell me how this guy does that noise?

Answer: No, there is no such character in the comics. He's a "meteor-freak" like all the other baddies on the show. The sound has something to do with him vibrating his vocal cords very fast to create a high-pitched squeal.
