My Monster - S2-E10

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Turk, JD and Dr Cox are talking about women, and how many they've slept with, take a look at the items on the table in the background that Dr Cox was previously sitting on, they appear and vanish. Mainly the cup and napkin dispenser appears and disappears in between shots. (00:15:35 - 00:16:20)

Agroth II

My Sex Buddy - S2-E11

Continuity mistake: When the family goes to throw Carla through the window, watch the window they throw her towards. The window is made up of at least three sections of glass, each no more than 2-3 feet wide with metal posts between sections. When the shot changes and Carla (well, the dummy of Carla) hits, the window is now only two sections, each about 5 feet wide. The easiest way to tell is watch the metal post farthest to the right. When the shot changes to outside, that post, which should now be farthest to the left, has vanished.

Guy

His Story - S2-E15

Continuity mistake: Right after Kelso thanks Cox and walks away, one earpiece of Cox's stethoscope is hooked under his coat lapel. When the shot changes to show Cox turning around, both earpieces are free and hanging lower on Cox's chest.

Guy

My Own Private Practice Guy - S2-E17

Continuity mistake: When Laverne does a slam dunk, you can see that the ramp leading to the hospital main entrance has no-one standing on it or in front of it. But before and after the slam dunk you see see two doctors with a basketball on the ramp, and Franklin standing remarkably still, with a camera, in front of it.

My Kingdom - S2-E19

Continuity mistake: When the guy at the end asks for nasal spray, the black dude has a fork in his hand, but when the shot changes he is playing with a Fanta can, and then the fork again. (00:20:15)

My Kingdom - S2-E19

Continuity mistake: When J.D lends his nasal spray to Doug in the final scene Doug returns the spray to J.D after putting the cap back on. In the very next shot as J.D says "Don't bogart my nasal spray", J.D uses the spray without putting on the cap, and you can see the cap placed on Doug's tray.

My Way Home - S5-E7

Character mistake: Early in the episode, Keith pages JD from home to the hospital. When JD arrives, he asks Keith what's the big emergency and Keith asks if he wants the patient to be prescribed unfractionated or low molecular weight heparin. JD gets angry and says that they're the exact same thing. This is in fact completely incorrect. Low molecular weight heparin is made from fragments of unfractionated heparin. They have different effects in their metabolism, half life and dose monitoring (unfractionated needs a blood test, low molecular weight doesn't). The choice between unfractionated and LMWH is an important clinical decision and should not be dismissed as "the exact same thing".

My Cake - S4-E6

Question: What exactly was the point of Cox taping Dan's head to the wall? It just seemed odd and random to me.

Answer: Dan was drinking beer and Cox feared that Dan might get so intoxicated he would fall asleep and drown in the tub.
