In the first season of the show, when we see footage of Irina Derevko being interrogated, she has a strong Russian accent. However, when Sydney actually meets her in season 2, she speaks with no accent at all. [She could be speaking with an American accent as a part of her manipulations of the CIA. As revealed as the series goes on, Jack doesn't trust Irina at all, and tries to persuade Sydney not to trust her, either, claiming that Irina is just using the CIA for her own plans.]

Comments made in brackets are corrections from other visitors. As such, any aggressive/abusive corrections (and I get quite a few) written as if they're comments I've made myself will be ignored. To submit your own corrections for mistakes, just click the edit icon under an entry, then choose "correct entry". Some entries have "duplicated entry" after them - these are entries which were already listed on the main page, but were submitted again. I occasionally leave these online for a while, just in case they were moved in error, so don't worry about pointing them out to me.

Almost Thirty Years (series 1)
While in Denpasar, Indonesia, they should be speaking Bahasa Indonesia but instead they are speaking in Bahasa Malaysia (the national language of Malaysia-which happens to be a neighbouring country). [Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa Indonesia are very similar languages with the difference being in pronunciation. Sydney was speaking Bahasa Indonesia but with poor pronunciation.]
Snowman (series 1)
When taking information from the server, they're warned not to touch it as it's alarmed, so they have to use a wireless connection. However, when the rope supporting Sydney gives way, she reaches out and holds herself up on the server for a split second before the shot cuts and she's hauled to safety, but nothing happens. [The server may have been "alarmed" in a different sense to alarms screaming - the laptop got "pulsed", which could have been a part of the alarm response, plus, the negative noise gadgets Marshall gave them would have cancelled any audible alarm that may have been going off - hence why no-one ran in when the alarm sounded.]
The Telling (series 2)
In the episode "The Telling" Syd wakes up in Hong Kong. When we first see her she is wearing a turtleneck sweater. When she is in the safehouse with Vaughn, the sweater no longer has a turtleneck, it is more scoop-necked. She did not have any clothes to change into, nor was she given any. [She probably was given the opportunity to shower and change by her handler. Just because we didn't see doesn't mean it didn't happen.]
