Continuity mistake: At Catherine's bar, Richard asks for a list of the clients of the past two years. At the cut, Camille is holding the beer by the neck, while her fingers were lower in the previous shot. (00:40:05)

Continuity mistake: In the second interview with Camille, Paul Vincent says "She won't take no for an answer" closing his hands; both palms are open and apart after the cut. Continuity mistake: In the first interview with one of the patients of the clinic, Camille shows sympathy for the death of her 4th husband. She says "Yes I do" and puts the cup down. Then a couple cuts later, in a reverse angle she is shown putting down the same cup again. (00:16:35)

Continuity mistake: Camille puts down the shiny bag at right angle with the magazine. When they decide they have seen enough of the room after finding the pills, the bag returned to its original position, parallel to it. (00:09:20)

Character mistake: Richard makes it sound really special and important that the tea in the box is Camelia Sinensis...but that tells absolutely nothing, since it's simply the name of the tea plant, not a specific, precious variety of it. Your standard tea you buy at the supermarket is just as Camelia Sinensis as any other type of tea. (00:08:40)

Continuity mistake: When Commissioner Selwyn Patterson makes his surprise appearance at the lobby, Camille turns towards him, fully; head and body. In the next shot, she only turned her head around and her body is still towards Richard. (00:03:40)

Continuity mistake: The corpse is floating with her hair going all the way towards her right when she is face down, but in the close-ups with the underwater camera her hair is floating evenly at both sides of her face. (00:02:00)
