Continuity mistake: Sometimes Ed's fireplace in his office is on the right wall but then other times it's on the left. Plus Ed and Mikes' offices switch sides mid series. Ed's office is stage right in early years, Mike's is stage right in later years.
Revealing mistake: There are numerous episodes where Mike is recording a video for Outdoor Man with his webcam, and a status bar is advancing towards the end of the video, indicating that the live recordings were added to the video stream in post production and synced up to the original performance.
Continuity mistake: In the opening scene, Mike is cooking bacon on a gas stove. He is talking to Vanessa and is seen to shut off the gas under the frying pan. The scene cuts to Vanessa and then back to Mike. The gas under the pan is suddenly back on.

Continuity mistake: Mike takes a box of waffles out of the freezer. He takes a waffle out and puts it in the toaster. The shot changes he is no longer holding the box.
Continuity mistake: After Mike gives Ed the present Ed puts the bag on the table lying down. When Mike leaves the bag is standing up.
Continuity mistake: Mandy puts three bags on the counter. The two white bags change position a couple of times throughout the scene.
Last Halloween Standing - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: When Mike is in Ed's office he is sitting in a chair he has a remote in his hand. His hand is up by his ear the shot changes, his hand is now in front of him. The remote is in his left-hand then switches to his right. When he leaves it is back in his left.
Continuity mistake: When Vanessa and Mike are singing and Eve comes there is a open newspaper in front of Mike. After Eve tells them to stop the newspaper is no longer open.
Character mistake: Mike is holding and talking about his .59 caliber flintlock and refers to placing a percussion cap on it to fire it. A flintlock does not use a percussion cap.

Continuity mistake: When Kristin asks why Mike was mean to Ryan he is holding a Santa. The shot changes he is now holding a candy cane.
The Passion of the Mandy - S1-E11
Continuity mistake: Vanessa takes 3 milk cartons out of the bag a green, blue, and red. Vanessa leaves the green one on the counter. The shot changes the red one is now on the counter Eve takes it to the table where it changes to green.
Continuity mistake: The clip of Mandy meeting Kim K the news shows is different than what we originally saw. For example, originally Mandy yells "I'm going to give Kim Kardashian a hug. I rule!" But on the news it's "I'm going to give Kim Kardashian a hug, you guys."
Continuity mistake: When Jim gets up to leave after being denied a loan, he doesn't open the door before turning around when Mike talks about co-signing. When it cuts to Jim as he says "forget it", the door is now opened, but closed the next time we see it.
Putting a Hit on Christmas - S2-E7
Continuity mistake: The Christmas package in front of Kyle is fully but badly wrapped. When Eve turns back with new Christmas wrapping to re-wrap the package, it is fully unwrapped with not enough time for Kyle to remove the old wrapping.
Continuity mistake: Vanessa sits at the table and has her hands on a glass of orange juice. The shot changes and she is now eating chips. In another shot she is suddenly holding a sandwich. The amount of orange juice also keeps changing. And the plate in front of Mike keeps changing position.
Continuity mistake: The catalog in Mike's hand instantly disappears from his left hand and ends up on Boyd's bed.
Continuity mistake: The amount and position of the food on Vanessa's plate changes from more to less to more several times as she eats while conversing with Mike.
Continuity mistake: In season 2 episode 6 Boyd is riding a bike in the backyard, but in this episode he is learning to ride one and falls and scrapes his knee.
Answer: It looks like it was just a set change. They switched what side of the set the offices are on.
