Continuity mistake: When the crashed satellite is first shown, there is rubble shown next to the satellite and the Kaiba Co Ltd can be seen on the satellite, positioned to the opposite end of the rubble. A couple seconds later, when the lid to the card capsule falls off, the logo is now positioned on a different side of the satellite, closer to the rubble. (00:09:28)

Other mistake: When the images in Jaden's cards begin to reappear, one of the cards in his hand is Fusion Sage. Later, when he uses Neo-Spacian Aqua Dolphin's effect, he is discarding Fusion Sage from his hand to the graveyard. That same turn, he uses Aqua Dolphin's effect again, and to do so, he discards another card from his hand. However, Fusion Sage is getting discarded even though it was already discarded earlier that turn and he didn't have any other Fusion Sage cards in his hand. (00:16:48 - 00:17:22)

Curry Worries - S2-E11

Continuity mistake: Chazz and Hassleberry argue about the Slifer Red meals, and then Chazz grabs onto Hassleberry's hand when he tries to pour soy sauce in his bowl. While this happens, Syrus is holding a bowl low to the table and is holding chopsticks pointed forwards. When the shot cuts to Syrus, the bowl is lifted higher off the table and the chopsticks are pointed downwards. (00:00:48)

Continuity mistake: After the chef's identity has been revealed and everyone wonders who he is, Bastion says, "He looks familiar" and places his hand on the side of his head. When the shot cuts, his hand is over his eye. (00:09:22)

Curry Worries - S2-E11

Other mistake: After Hassleberry activates Survival Instinct and removes from play two dinosaur monsters, the attack points of Curry Fiend Roo go up by 600. However, on the point display that is shown when the points go up, the word DEF can be seen, indicating that it is in defence mode. Since it is the attack points of this card that are going up, and it is currently in attack mode, the word ATK should have been shown in the point display instead. (00:16:18)

Camaraderie Contest - S2-E12

Other mistake: Just after Syrus has summoned Ambulance Rescueroid to the field, he uses the effect of Cyber Summon Blaster to inflict 300 points of damage to Hassleberry. At this point, Hassleberry should have 2900 life points (which then go down to 2600). But for a split-second, his life point count reads 4000, which then shifts to 2900 when his life points go down. Continuity mistake: When Zane is speaking with his manager in the cafe, there are two sugar shakers on the table in front of them. The shaker in front of the manager is closer to the window than the one in front of Zane. A couple seconds later, the shaker is front of Zane is now closer to the window than the one in front of the manager. (00:03:28)

Other mistake: After Cyber End Dragon has been summoned and its attack points have doubled, the next shot of Zane shows Chimeratech Overdragon on his duel disk, instead of Cyber End Dragon. (00:16:10)

Going Bananas - S2-E14

Continuity mistake: When Wheeler hands Jaden the bucket of water after choking on the bananas, there are a few other bananas on the ground, positioned next to Wheeler's left foot. When Jaden hands back the bucket of water, the bananas are now positioned in between Wheeler's left and right feet. Then when the shot cuts again, the bananas are now positioned next to Wheeler's left foot. (00:20:07)

Homecoming Duel: Part 2 - S2-E16

Other mistake: Jaden tells Aster that Elemental Hero Flare Neos gains 400 attack points for every spell and trap card on the field, and since there are 4 spells and traps out, then Flare Neos gains 1600 attack points. The attack points of Flare Neos then go from 2500 up to 4200. This is 1700 points, not 1600. (00:15:40)

Continuity mistake: After Hassleberry has Dark Tyrano attack The Magician and Sartorius' life points go down to 3600, when he starts saying "Maybe you should spend less time talking...", his right fist is raised slightly. In the next shot, his right fist is suddenly raised further. (00:09:12)

Continuity mistake: When Jaden, Syrus, Hassleberry and Bastion are standing on the dock after Crowler and Bonaparte leave, Syrus raises a guidebook, which he is holding with one hand. When the shot cuts, he is holding the guidebook with both hands. (00:02:58)

Character mistake: When Jaden uses the spell card Gift of the Martyr to increase Neos' attack points to 5400, T-Bone shouts "That ain't right. Fifty-four grand?", but fifty-four grand would be 54,000 and not 5400. (00:17:52)
