When you see the shot of New York, just before the scene where the apartment lights go out, there are no lights on in the buildings, or car lights in the street, although it is dark. The lights should still be on as there has not been a power outage. See more...

The meteorologist (Mark Thomson) forecasting the storm for Fox 5 New York is really the meteorologist for the 10:00 p.m. news for Fox 11 Los Angeles. Also related to this in the tornado scenes in Los Angeles it shows the Fox 11 news report from the helicopter, the helicopter seen is white. In real life Skyfox 11 is black. See more...
When we get to the public library the first time there is a shot from behind the homeless guy - he has his hand on a cart. When it cuts to a front shot his hand is off the cart.
