Continuity: In the house with blue shutters and a red door in Winchestertonfieldville, Iowa, a little boy chokes on his gum. Pam starts hitting him on the back. They are standing on the landing by a banister with a pink and purple mat hanging over it. When Pam hits the boy's head on the banister, the mat is gone. Then when the boy spits out the gum, the mat has returned.
