When Jonathan Steinbloom is introducing Mitch and Mickey at the concert, he has the blue paper in his right hand and it's lifted up to around his chest. When Mickey is introducing the song, Mitch is preparing to play. His hand is sometimes making the opening chord, and sometimes it's by his side. They must have used different takes for this scene and patched them together.
