In 'Phase One' Sydney tells Will during the day to "Get Francie and get out of town" because she realises there's someone after her. Later that night Francie is shot at her restaurant and replaced by Allison (the clone), but Will was supposed to have taken her away already. Throughout the show, the number 47 appears many times. There are multiple room 47's (where Syd found the Circumference in season 1 and the room in her memories from season 3, among others.), there are 47 Rambaldi artifacts, and page 47 of the Rambaldi manuscript was the page that had Sydney's picture on it. When Syd's Dad rescues her in the car park, he starts shooting at the other car. After firing one shot the slide of his gun locks back (indicating it's out of bullets), but when the angle changes he carries on firing with no problems.
