Just before Adam says "If I read something in out friendship that wasn't there." the camera shot is focused on Lana but you can see Adam's mouth in the top left of the frame. In that shot you can see Adam's mouth is saying the line before we hear it. See more...

Martha makes a remark suggesting she thinks Bridgette Crosby and Dr Swan are together to which Bridgette comments "In another lifetime." Bridgette is played by Margot Kidder, who played the original Lois Lane, Prof Swan was played by the late Christopher Reeve. A nice touch I think. See more...

Continuity: In the truck right before the parade passes them by, Jonathan Kent kisses his wife. Cut to a different angle but this time his left hand is on her cheek. It wasn't there in the prior angle.
