Continuity mistake: When Anne Archer and Donald Sutherland are talking in the back seat of the car, the direction of traffic on Anne's left changes back and forth (they haven't made any turns). Continuity mistake: Wesley Snipes kicks out the driver's side window of the car that's trying to slam into him. Having shot out the back left window earlier, both left windows should now be gone. As the car veers away from Snipes in the next shot, both windows aren't smashed. Then, in the next shot the two left side windows are gone. (00:40:30)

Continuity mistake: As the bomb in the car is exploding, the shot from inside the diner has the windows of the diner shatter, but in the next 2 shots outside the diner, the windows are fine and intact. Seconds later, when Snipes steals the blue car, pulls around the corner and passes the diner, that shot shows the glassless windows. (01:06:40)
