Suggested correction: There's nothing sudden about it. From the start of this episode, the card table is at the center of the living room, with the couch pushed back toward the wall, and the desk is behind the couch (holding telephone, etc), up against the wall where the piano usually is in other episodes. Ethel asks Ricky about the sheet music on the piano, and he explains he's been working on a musical number for the show at the Tropicana. So, for this episode's ongoing musical storyline, the positions of the piano and desk have been switched. This occurs again a few episodes later in Breaking the Lease. The rearranging of furniture between episodes occurs often, and would only be a problem if it happens within a scene.

Clue (1985)

Revealing mistake: Near the end when Miss Scarlett points the pistol in Col. Mustard's face, over his response to her revealing everyone's secrets, you can hear the trigger click twice, like she'd accidentally shaken the grip, or an accidental pause or prop failure.

Suggested correction: At the end it's not "suddenly beige." Mid-episode Mary Ellen mentions a family project to, "Design you a new-looking car" and Erin adds, "We can paint it." Soon John-Boy says, "I'd like to paint it a nice dignified shade of tan." In the penultimate scene John-Boy drives Hyder and Martha Rudge back home. Time passes offscreen. It cuts to the final scene with Mary Ellen and Erin placing their new cut/sewn seat covers in the newly painted tan car, and nobody is "polishing it for their first ride."

Season 2 generally

Revealing mistake: When Cissy is at the piano as Buffy sings and dances for Uncle Bill, only her arms move up and down instead of across the keys, indicating that's it's an off-camera person actually playing the tune. (00:16:30)

Suggested correction: The episodes were aired out of order, so this episode did not immediately follow the previous episode in production. Plus, this was a Christmas episode and Carol was preparing to sing in the holiday service, which is just one possible reason why she'd change her hairstyle.

The Minstrel - S1-E15

Revealing mistake: When Maryellen runs into John-Boy's arms (after running away) Richard Thomas (John-Boy) breaks character as he looks into Judy's (Maryellen) eyes, by swallowing hard. Like a guy would do, when he's close to an attractive girl. Then later covers his groin with the cast, when John and the kids check up on him. The two young actors playing Jon-boy and Maryellen crushed on each other behind the scenes.

Revealing mistake: When Lestat bites Louis for the 3rd time at the gazebo, Lestat raises his arm to allow his blood to drip into Louis' mouth. A metal looking thing is visible inside Lestat's wrist, indicating that's probably a prop arm.
