Piranha (1978)

Revealing mistake: At the beginning when the teens break into the waste water plant and start swimming, the boy gets attacked then killed by the unseen piranha, and a large blood pool spills out into the water. The girl is but 3 feet away, but somehow doesn't' see the blood as she calls out his name and scolds him for not responding.

Bachelor Party (1984)

Visible crew/equipment: As the donkey is eating pills off the table, you can see the fingertips of the crew person, manipulating the animal's tongue and jaw as it 'snorts' the lines of white powder coke, indicating it is a puppet.

Bachelor Party (1984)

Other mistake: As Rick and the gang rush around the cinema looking for Cole and Debbie the cameras jostle a bit up and down then steady again.

Revealing mistake: Walter and Joanne have two little girls at the beginning of the film, but then much later, there are suddenly two young boys seated at the table during breakfast. (01:17:00)

Continuity mistake: As the old man sits sketching Joanna's face it changes between shots, from a nearly full face to just half. (00:33:00 - 00:33:30)

Spookies (1986)

Revealing mistake: When Adams is stuck to the giant web, the lady starts morphing into a human spider and then her fangs shoot out from her mouth to Adam, and instantly kills him. But the kill is a sad fake dummy mask.

Spookies (1986)

Revealing mistake: During the earlier graveyard scenes when the zombies or monsters are walking out from their graves, half the makeup is genuine prosthetics, while others are fake thrown together rubber that separates from the actor's faces.

Spookies (1986)

Visible crew/equipment: When the gang starts to head up the stairs to 'investigate' the house, reflection from the boom and riser are quite visible in the upper windows.

Saturday the 14th (1981)

Other mistake: As Debbie walks through the foggy maze from her upstairs bedroom to the bathroom across the hall, she closes the door and then asks herself why she is in the kitchen, when the kitchen is obviously downstairs.

Blood Bath - S4-E8

Revealing mistake: Elsa's legs are supposed to be wooden prosthetics, but when she walks away from Ethel, who's holding a gun at her, it cuts to a shot of Jessica's calves which bend slightly as she walks. (00:00:14)

Porky's Revenge (1985)

Revealing mistake: The guys can't find the exam paper while snooping around the biology lab. So Tommy holds up a single key marked 'Home' suggesting they sneak into the teacher's apartment, like they know exactly where she lives, when they've never been there.

Flatliners (1990)

Revealing mistake: Rachel's father's suicide: After he heads down the stairs (during her death experiment), we suddenly hear a popping sound like a gunshot, as the girl follows her mother outside, to see glass littering the pavement. Then the camera flipping to shots of an old pickup parked on the curbside. And a single bloodied gunshot hole through the windshield. Which would not have happened within the 5-second time, between the stairs and the curb.

The Warriors (1979)

Continuity mistake: It is way obvious during the first Gramercy Riffs scene (over who killed Cyrus) that the lights reflecting in the Riff leader's sunglasses are location camera lights, as the warehouse has only track lighting.

Suspect (1987)

Revealing mistake: Carl is supposed to be deaf. However a few times in the early interrogation room with the officers and Kathleen, or just Kathleen alone (during questioning) his body movements and reactions reflect otherwise. Unless he is just keenly aware of his immediate surroundings.

Suggested correction: Looking at the scene that I at least think you were talking about, or any other scene for that matter, Liam Neeson does nothing that I would not expect a deaf person to do. It's not like he reacted to a loud sound that a deaf person shouldn't be able to hear. I see nothing out of the ordinary. Perhaps if you use a specific example.

Melrose Place (1992)

Revealing mistake: When Passenger asks Driver to pull off the side of the road, so that he can "show him something really scary", Driver pulls way off to the left shoulder, instead of just pulling onto the right shoulder.
