Factual error: In the tunnel Hogan loads a magazine into a US issue .45 pistol and points it at Myra, but he never chambered a round and didn't cock the hammer on the pistol. The .45 pistol in WW2 was single action. For a single action pistol to fire, a round needs to be chambered and the hammer has to be cocked manually before the trigger is pulled and the pistol to fire. (00:22:00)

Factual error: FBI Agent Hannah Wells pulls up to the house of the First Lady's mother driving a unmarked police vehicle with government license plates. The license plate is I410918, which is a Department of Interior plated vehicle. The FBI wouldn't be driving a Department of Interior vehicle as the FBI is in the Department of Justice. A Justice plate would have a J and a FBI agent vehicle would have a regular license plate. (00:14:00)

Police officers are trained to be aware of what's down range or what's behind the target they are engaging. Factual error: While at the Port of Baltimore trying clear a horse Blake is on the phone with the Secretary and an Agriculture Inspector and a Customs Inspector are shown. The uniforms the inspectors are wearing haven't been used since March 2003 when they were different agencies.
