Corrected entry: The point of the whole multiverse accident is that anyone who knows "Peter Parker is Spider-Man" gets pulled into this world. However, this does not apply to Tom Hardy's Venom at all (post-credit scene): not only does he not know who Peter Parker is, but he also doesn't even know who Spider-Man is. Him being one of those being transported into the same universe does not make any sense whatsoever.

Corrected entry: If Sarah's Skynet future never happened and instead Grace's Legion future came to be, nobody could possibly know the coordinates of the T-800 to tattoo onto Grace, as it never existed in the Legion future. Correction: The T-800 is from a deleted timeline, however he is still in the current timeline. If the Legion future exists in the timeline he's currently stuck in, that means he's in that timeline and would have taken steps to have his coordinates known for that future.

Terminator: Dark Fate (2019)
Plot hole: Sarah turns up on the bridge to fight the Rev-9, we later learn that she is texted the location of where to be as when the terminators travel though time it causes a gravitational anomaly, and this is where she needs to be. The Rev-9 had been there ages killing Dani's dad etc, Sarah would have no idea to be on the bridge after the terminator has chased them though the town - she can't possibly know that location.

Suggested correction: Sarah is very skilled at fighting Terminators. She receives the coordinates but knows that many other real-world factors may impede her progress to those coordinates, so she makes efforts to prepare for that. Also, the coordinates that she received for the Rev-9 may very well have told her to fight it on the bridge because the T800 who sent those coordinates knew that Sarah would also then be able to rescue Dani and Grace, and eventually meet up with him as a result.
I'd say the real reason Sarah is on the highway to fight Rev-9 is that she followed it. She misses the moment it arrived (from the future), she follows it to the car factory, but she misses it again, then she finally catches it up on the highway.
It is explicitly stated by the T800 Carl that he was sending Sarah the coordinates of where the terminators would appear, because the arrival would create a space-time wrinkle he is able to measure ahead of time. There is no indication he can predict the future events and send Sarah coordinates of places to be other than that.
Suggested correction: Sarah's truck can be seen in the background when Grace arrives. Grace doesn't look like any Skynet Terminator, and the time bubble she arrives in is different to the ones in T1 and T2. We can infer that Sarah followed Grace from her arrival to the bridge in an attempt to understand what was going on with the new time travellers before intervening.

Thor: Ragnarok (2017)
Question: If, as Odin says, Mjolnir was never the source of Thor's power, then how come that "Whosoever holds this hammer, if he be worthy, shall possess the power of Thor"?
Answer: If other people are worthy, they can gain the power of Thor (this is something that has happened in the comics), but Thor can muster that power alone. In his case, the hammer simply allows him to focus his powers.
How come then that in the first movie when Odin wants to remove Thor's power he "confiscates" Mjolnir? If Thor's power is intrinsically inside him, how could Odin remove it? Then, he reacquire those powers only after holding Mjolnir again, which implies Thor's powers come from Mjolnir. This is poorly explained in the movies.
"Poorly explained" doesn't make it a mistake. Odin suppressed Thor's innate powers and removed the hammer both symbolically and to prevent Thor from using it to reacquire his powers.

Factual error: In the scene before the Americans are to be introduced to the emperor, they are told that the "Meiji" emperor is reform minded. However, Meiji is a posthumous era name, in other words, given after the emperor's death, which occurred many years later, whereas he is still very young in the period depicted.

Yes it does. Almost nobody outside Japan would have known the name "Mutsuhito." Films often use modern terminology to make things easier for audiences to understand. Like saying "vegetarian" instead of the older term "Pythagorean."

Corrected entry: At the end of the movie, when Preston enters the father's room, he first checks for the presence of guards before proceeding. But after a few steps, guards appear from behind every room's column. Given Preston's starting position, it would have been impossible for him to not spot the two guards hidden behind the two columns flanking the door, as both of them were hiding on the same side as Preston himself. Otherwise, they would have been visible to the viewer, given the fact that the camera angle is facing Preston. In other words, it is impossible for those two guards to be hiding both from Preston and from the viewer's point of view.
Correction: Preston saw the guards. He expected guards. He knew he could handle the guards. He didn't proceed into the room because he mistakenly thought the coast was clear, he proceeded because he was not intimidated.
This doesn't make sense. If he was not intimidated at all, then why stop and visually search for threats for several seconds? The most logical explanation is just that the director wanted us to think the soldiers were hiding from Preston's view, with the issue being they couldn't hide from OUR view at the same time. This correction is not justified.

Factual error: Felicity apparently extracts DNA from the tooth of one of Damien Darhk's men. She then realises that the DNA lacks "half of the genetic markers" by looking at an optic microscope. Skipping the fact that this sentence makes absolutely no sense whatsoever, you certainly cannot analyse genetic markers by simply looking a tooth with an optic microscope. (00:11:05)

Correction: The post-credits scene from Venom: Let There Be Carnage suggests that the Symbiotes are a hive mind across the multiverse. Since the version of Venom from Spider-Man 3 knows Spider-Man's secret identity, this would extend to all other Venoms across the multiverse, whether they are aware of it or not.
